- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts on full roof and siding replacements. There are also senior and military discounts. Right now we are offering a $150 gift card to a local restaurant of choice for any contracted service through Wood Street in order to help support the local restaurants needing some business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first priority is to get information from the customer. We try to find out what the customers wants, needs, and goals are for their project. From there we take that information and give our advice on products and scope of work to achieve those goals. Once that meeting takes place we offer accurate design and measurement software that allows our customers to help in the final decision and design of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up in the trades, but after graduating college in 2008 I obtained my insurance licenses for property and casualty insurance, so i have formal training in the insurance contract and policies which is beneficial when dealing with insurance companies. I have gone through many manufacturer trainings like LP siding, GAF, Certainteed, and numerous other manufacturers. I am currently enrolled in Break Through Academy that is training and consulting for better business practices for trades companies like Wood Street Builders.
