Latest Review: Derek is awesome to work with! At my initial session, we discussed short and long term goals that I wanted to work on to improve my overall health. With these goals in mind, he created a personalized program for me so that I could continue my training during the rest of the week. Through my training sessions with Derek, I have noticed that my posture, flexibility, endurance and strength have all improved significantly. He has been a great support system in achieving my fitness / health goals. I would highly recommend GQ Fitness!
