Eric was the onsite assistant to the General Contractor that buit our home. Eric was highly skilled, very knowledgeable, detailed-oriented, hard-working, reliable and personable. He was onsite every day, helping us work through the myriad of choices, skillfully worked through any issue, kept us on track for completion and delivered our beautiful home, which to this day does not have one issue. He earned the respect of all of the subs on the project and ours. We are very grateful to Eric and highly recommend him.

Being recently divorced, my house required alot of maintenance. Eric put in a new faucet for my kitchen sink, replaced the toliet flushing mechanism, and put security doors on the front and back. I have been very pleased with the work that he has done to help me out. It has been a great relief to me to be able to count on him. He is always prompt and never flakes out on me. Furthermore, Eric will go that extra mile to ensure that he will be able to fix whatever needs to be done.(e.g. like my toliet)
