- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most commonly my background brings in a lot of private dinners where I get to let my clients sip on a glass of wine while watching me prepare and plate multiple courses with the look and feel of a 5-star restaurant. This commonly happens in a private residence or a rental property while on vacation. Farm dinners and backyard bbqs are another highly requested event where most food is plated family style on a long table allowing everyone to socialize while eating fresh smoked or grilled proteins and farm fresh veggies!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Any provider in my business should be more than happy to work on your budget to provide the best service. Standard rates and prices do not work well in this profession as every event is different and should be treated uniquely. Each event should have a customized menu not some standard fare that everyone can cook, which means it should have a customized price.
