I have been training with Berto and Noreen for the last 2 months and I have to say they are the most humble and professional people I have worked with. They are all about the business and client satisfaction. I have lost 4 inches off my waist and have put on two inches of muscle in just TWO MONTHS. Both Berto and Noreen and amazing trainers. They work not only on bettering your health but bettering your confidence and state of mind. They are very understanding, uplifting and motivational. I am still training with Justin but in the time that I have trained with him, he has been very encouraging and I feel so comfortable with working with him. He doesn't ever make you feel bad about progress and his focus really is on getting a healthier you. He is becoming one of my favorite people to see in the week.
I am a mom and a wife with a demanding career and a very busy life style. So for a long time I had nothing but excuses as to why I could not get to the gym. After discussions with my doctor about high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and my overall health at 40+ years old I decided that I had to stop making excuses. In August 2015 I joined a gym, started working with a trainer, have made changes to my nutrition and workout faithfully 6 days per week. I started training with Jerome about a year ago. He called me before our first training session and I immediately sensed his enthusiasm and passion for fitness. That being said, I don’t like change and was a little hesitant. However, it did not take long for me to realize how amazing and knowledgeable this man was. The longer I worked with Jerome I also realized that not only was he knowledgeable but he genuinely cared about me as person and my fitness journey. He has been programming workouts of resistance training and cardio that work for me and my goals, I am doing things in the gym that I did not think I could ever do. I love my workouts and my time in the gym, it is my time and it is only about me!! My nutrition has always been OK but Jerome has been helping me fine tune a few things, like increasing my daily calories. I thought increase my calories to lose weight? He walked me through the benefits and the why’s and I did it because I TRUST him. Being diligent with my workouts and following the programs that Jerome outlined for me combined with those small tweaks to my nutrition has equaled success for me. This journey has not always been fun or easy, it has taken a lot of hard work and dedication but I would not change a single thing about it. Recently I had my monthly weigh in and I am proud to say that I lost another 6 lbs., down a total of 40 lbs. and two pant sizes. Numbers aside, I feel great. No more high blood pressure or cholesterol, my energy has increased and I am more confident in all aspects of my life. Jerome continues to challenge and push me but never at the expense of form or safety, while using positive reinforcement and a little tough love when I need it. I have been training with Daria for two full weeks now but she is so hands-on and responsive, it honestly feels like longer. We meet twice per week but she also gives me "homework" for days we're not together, and gives me nutrition guidance as well. She is always helpful and honest but never preachy, and she listens carefully to me and my goals, my concerns, and even my feelings or mood on a particular day - she can adapt our workout on the spot as needed, and she always explains modifications of things we do that I can make work with different equipment or none at all. She explains everything we're doing and why, and it is clear she is well educated and well trained to work in this role. I highly recommend Daria if you want a down-to-earth trainer who will listen to your personal goals and make a plan that is just for you - not just copied out of a book.
I can honestly say I'm grateful to have worked alongside Mr. Michael Sutton. Extremely knowledgeable trainer who is passionate about getting you closer to where you want to be. If you're in his area make sure you seek out his expertise, and if you're not in his area run, drive or fly to him! If you have a goal give it to him and he will take you to the finish line and beyond. I've not only watched him take clients to places they didn't think they could make it, but I've experienced his extremely fun ruthless wrath of workouts and although they are a hell of challenge, they will leave you progressing to places you wanted to get to in your fitness and mindset world!! I'd be shocked if I ever found a bad review on this guy. Go get you some Michael Sutton training, it will transform you!
I highly recommend WillPower Fitness. I contacted WillPower Fitness to find a personal trainer, and found credible trainers with comprehensive personal training programs to help me to reach my goals. (exactly as it's advertised) How I see the gym environment: It's a great, welcoming community with music playing, natural light, and trainers coaching members through sets and reps. You can hear encouragement to members on that last rep, telling them they can do it. They have the variety of equipment, activity, and resources you need. The trainers are somehow attentive to the entire gym, keep everyone busy, communicate well, and have the knowledge I wish I had about the body and its needs...from weight-loss to elite athlete programs. How it started for me: I came to my first session with defined fitness goals and a lot of my printouts from previous 'training programs.' That first day we jumped right into a training session, and I assumed it was to evaluate my fitness level. A few days later, I found out that my trainer actually read those grids from past trainers -- I was impressed he cared. He explained the target muscle groups of my previous program versus how the body works and the strength I need to build. When I competed in the past I never felt fit in the right way, and paired with this logical justification, it made sense that my training needed an adjustment. My updated program focuses on finding maximum efficiency and developing the muscles needed to perform intervals over a long period of time. Plus, building strength in the right way to support joints and mobility, which I assume helps me avoid injury. It is definitely worth it.
I've been training with Donny for a little over a month and he is helping me gain strength and learn correct form. He gives me custom workouts to do when we're not together. I can already see progress!
I just started swimming lessons with Smashby training and My overall experience so far has been great! I learned more with him in one day lesson than I learned with my previous swimming coach in a 3 day lesson! I am a beginner when it comes to learn how to properly swim. Had a GREAT experience with Obstacle Destruction. Chad Johnson was so easy to work with and my trainer Evan was awesome. Evan created workouts that were tough and hard but not over the top. He is patient but also requires that you show up with the attitude to get the most out of the session. I had so much fun and had a serious workout every time. 10 sessions in and I am hooked. I'll be signing up for another round ofr personal training!
Tine is honestly the best trainer I have ever met and worked with. I worked with Tine for almost 3-4 months now. She was able to work with me on my individual dietary restrictions (I have IBS and acid reflux) and needs as well as to formulate a workout plan that fit my individual needs, schedule, and my limitations while still challenging me. She is very understanding and reliable. She always shows up on time and is very flexible with working with my schedule. Really loved working with her and I was able to get motivated enough to be healthier! The workouts she gave me were challenging, helpful, and variable so it's always learning something new! She also kept my Asthma in mind and made sure to consistently check up on me and catered the work out so that I would be able to control my asthma better. I am so fortunate she was able to help me out with controlling my asthma and trying to increase my lung capacity in workouts. Her customizable workouts and homework helped me stay fit even when I wasn't in the gym training with her. She's a bright and happy person and is very motivating and inspirational. My sister and I absolutely loved her! If you need a great trainer, look no further!
I started looking for a trainer early last summer. Karisa was very prompt in contacting me and we discussed her training program and my needs. I'm on a different road than most people as I was diagnosed with cancer in 2013 and pre-diabetes in late 2015. The cancer meds are taking it's toll on my bone density and when I discovered I am pre-diabetic I knew I had to change my nutrition plan. I did not know much about nutrition so changing my diet caused rapid and extreme weight and muscle loss. I knew I was headed for a lot of trouble and I needed professional help. This is when I started my search for a trainer and I am so thankful I found Karisa! She is very knowledgeable in nutrition/diet, working out and strength training. Karisa has a lot of expertise, is professional, upbeat, challenging, motivating and has a true passion for what she does. She is so positive and inspiring. Proper form for best results is very important to her. Her workouts are challenging and she is so encouraging. After each session, Karisa would provide me with a workout plan for the week which was so helpful! I started seeing results after the first few sessions with Karisa. I'm stronger, I feel healthier and have more energy and stamina. It's amazing how toned my muscles are. I don't think I have ever been in such great shape as I am now. Chris has really helped transform my body in the last 5 months..dropping almost 10% body fat! Although he is a tough trainer he is one of the most pleasant individuals I have encountered. He pushes you and supports you at the same time! He truly goes above and beyond to adjust your training to fit your needs in what will help you achieve the best results. Tim is a great trainer. He is very professional and knowledgeable, always worked with our hectic schedule and wanted to make sure we were training properly. I went in with no knowledge other than the treadmill and working with him, I’ve gained more confidence on working with different machines and the proper way to use them.
In the fall of 2012 I made the decision to seek a personal trainer to address my need for some structure to my physical program and to help with a few problems. I was 67 years old at the time and had been moderately active and a runner until a knee replacement and some back problems arose. I connected with Kyle through the Club that I belonged to at the time where he was a Personal Trainer on their staff. I am extremely pleased with Kyles training and recommend him without qualification. Shortly after I began training my wife began also and now we work one day a week together and one day individually although I am not as regular at two a week as I would like to be. He has a very balanced focus between those areas that I have wanted to work on and those areas he thought could help me get stronger which was a goal of mine. Through a combination of core strengthening work, mobility exercises and free weights I all but eliminated ongoing back soreness and I have gotten quite a bit stronger. I feel better and more flexible and in some ways considerably younger that when I began. The strength program for me has mainly involved barbells, dumbells and kettlebells with a pretty wide variety exercises. Kyle is extremely enthusiastic about his profession and is very forthcoming about his own work, challenges, and he has a real passion for continuing education. I would encourage both individuals just starting a training program and also those who already know how things work with a Personal Trainer to engage Kyle. He is very good.

Derek is awesome to work with! At my initial session, we discussed short and long term goals that I wanted to work on to improve my overall health. With these goals in mind, he created a personalized program for me so that I could continue my training during the rest of the week. Through my training sessions with Derek, I have noticed that my posture, flexibility, endurance and strength have all improved significantly. Extremely flexible with hours and very attentive when it comes to scheduling meeting times. The training is amazing! She is highly qualified and very knowledgeable about creating a program specific to the client. Highly recommend her!!!
As a trainer in the fitness industry I hold a high standard for any Fitness professional that I would hire personally. Brett Hart is an expert in his field and truly gives his all to his clientele. He knows how to vary the intensity to match the efforts of a first-timer or a seasoned athlete. He is personable, well-organized, flexible in his scheduling and inspirational in his approach. I would highly recommend Brett for one-on-one, small group or large group kickboxing conditioning, martial arts and self defense training.

The facilities have everything you need, staff are great, classes are great, and the personal training is also great. Just great all across the board. They also supply sweat towels, which is great.
