- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rate is $100 for individual therapy and $120 for couple therapy. I accept Health Savings Account funds, cash, check, or credit card. Please check your health insurance to see if you might get a portion of my fee reimbursed to you through your out of network coverage.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My intake paperwork is online, so people complete this before the first session so that I can get some more information about what they are coming in to work with me around. The fist few sessions are pretty standard in terms of getting to know the person I am working with and getting a sense of what is happening. From there, we can work to create the change desired.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
EMDR training for trauma, Emotion Focused Therapy work for couples, DBT skills training for emotion regulation, and years of experience working at the intensive and outpatient levels of care for eating disorder recovery and recovery from substances.
