I enthusiastically endorce Versell Wells as a personal trainer. When I met Versell, none of business suits fit. I had simply gained weight from lack of excersize and eating the wrong foods. I knew I had to make a choice. I could either spend my money on super sized clothes and keep on gaining weight. Or, I could spend money on a fitness trainer who could motivate me to eat right and train right. A trusted friend recommended Versell. I'm glad she did. Versell has been working with me for six months now. We stated with an exercise inventory and a food inventory. He started with where I was at and moved me forward. Versell kept me honest and motivated. In December, I tore my MCL in a skiing accident. I feared my previous efforts would be lost. I am a mom and a wife with a demanding career and a very busy life style. So for a long time I had nothing but excuses as to why I could not get to the gym. After discussions with my doctor about high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and my overall health at 40+ years old I decided that I had to stop making excuses. In August 2015 I joined a gym, started working with a trainer, have made changes to my nutrition and workout faithfully 6 days per week. I started training with Jerome about a year ago. He called me before our first training session and I immediately sensed his enthusiasm and passion for fitness. That being said, I don’t like change and was a little hesitant. However, it did not take long for me to realize how amazing and knowledgeable this man was. The longer I worked with Jerome I also realized that not only was he knowledgeable but he genuinely cared about me as person and my fitness journey. He has been programming workouts of resistance training and cardio that work for me and my goals, I am doing things in the gym that I did not think I could ever do. I love my workouts and my time in the gym, it is my time and it is only about me!! My nutrition has always been OK but Jerome has been helping me fine tune a few things, like increasing my daily calories. I thought increase my calories to lose weight? He walked me through the benefits and the why’s and I did it because I TRUST him. Being diligent with my workouts and following the programs that Jerome outlined for me combined with those small tweaks to my nutrition has equaled success for me. This journey has not always been fun or easy, it has taken a lot of hard work and dedication but I would not change a single thing about it. Recently I had my monthly weigh in and I am proud to say that I lost another 6 lbs., down a total of 40 lbs. and two pant sizes. Numbers aside, I feel great. No more high blood pressure or cholesterol, my energy has increased and I am more confident in all aspects of my life. Jerome continues to challenge and push me but never at the expense of form or safety, while using positive reinforcement and a little tough love when I need it. Working with Chad at Obstacle Destruction is both invigorating and challenging. We meet three times a week and I have seen remarkable changes in myself and my stamina. He uses state of the art techniques combined with inventive workouts to take my fitness to the next level. Chad works with my time constraining schedule to make sure we meet every week. He has always been knowledgeable and supportive as he pushes me through new and challenging routines. My current goal is to get ready for the Navy PST, and as it stands, I am on track to blow it out of the water because of Chads advice and knowhow. Mark gives good advice about nutrition and leads you through a challenging workout, always keeping a close eye on form to prevent injury. Tine is honestly the best trainer I have ever met and worked with. I worked with Tine for almost 3-4 months now. She was able to work with me on my individual dietary restrictions (I have IBS and acid reflux) and needs as well as to formulate a workout plan that fit my individual needs, schedule, and my limitations while still challenging me. She is very understanding and reliable. She always shows up on time and is very flexible with working with my schedule. Really loved working with her and I was able to get motivated enough to be healthier! The workouts she gave me were challenging, helpful, and variable so it's always learning something new! She also kept my Asthma in mind and made sure to consistently check up on me and catered the work out so that I would be able to control my asthma better. I am so fortunate she was able to help me out with controlling my asthma and trying to increase my lung capacity in workouts. Her customizable workouts and homework helped me stay fit even when I wasn't in the gym training with her. She's a bright and happy person and is very motivating and inspirational. My sister and I absolutely loved her! If you need a great trainer, look no further!
Josh was very quick in contacting me and we were able to get started right away. I have RA and Josh has been very conscious to create workouts and exercises that are tailored to my needs and abilities. I have enjoyed each session and feel like I have been pushed to try my best each time we workout. I am excited to see what I can accomplish over the next 6 months!

I started looking for a trainer early last summer. Karisa was very prompt in contacting me and we discussed her training program and my needs. I'm on a different road than most people as I was diagnosed with cancer in 2013 and pre-diabetes in late 2015. The cancer meds are taking it's toll on my bone density and when I discovered I am pre-diabetic I knew I had to change my nutrition plan. I did not know much about nutrition so changing my diet caused rapid and extreme weight and muscle loss. I knew I was headed for a lot of trouble and I needed professional help. This is when I started my search for a trainer and I am so thankful I found Karisa! She is very knowledgeable in nutrition/diet, working out and strength training. Karisa has a lot of expertise, is professional, upbeat, challenging, motivating and has a true passion for what she does. She is so positive and inspiring. Proper form for best results is very important to her. Her workouts are challenging and she is so encouraging. After each session, Karisa would provide me with a workout plan for the week which was so helpful! I started seeing results after the first few sessions with Karisa. I'm stronger, I feel healthier and have more energy and stamina. It's amazing how toned my muscles are. I don't think I have ever been in such great shape as I am now. I started with Priscilla and Camp MissFits in July 2015. In August I walked my first 5k! The small classes are perfect because you really get a sense of being among friends. The coaches are awesome and are always quick to give me modifications based on my fitness level. Highly recommend.
I first met Jon back in 2013 at 24 hour fitness. I recall that I was at one of the heaviest points of my life. After working with him I lost about 23 lbs. We met up again back in August 2016 and again I lost more weight. I also put on muscle and felt great. Unfortunately, I got a right knee injury while playing rugby. After PT not working well I was told of a possible surgery. I decided to go back to Jon and we have been working together the last couple of weeks. Yet again I start to loose weight fast and he has been very helpful while trying to help me get better from my knee. I am slowly getting better. Jon always pushes me the extra mile and he has become more than just my trainer. I consider him one of my good friends.
I have been doing group fitness classes with Brad for about 7 months and love it! I like that Brad has a great personality and is very encouraging. He makes the class fun and is always switching up the work-outs. As a breast cancer survivor Brad has really help me to re-gain upper body strength. I have more energy and the pounds are slowly melting away.
