FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Currently we are offering $350 off your first flooring project. Our pricing is upfront and all-inclusive. Once you have our proposal, it will not change unless we discover something that is unforeseeable like a faulty subfloor. We require a 50% deposit to begin your project and you will not pay the remainder until everything is complete and you're 100% satisfied. We offer a wide range of products and pricing levels. We work directly with the major manufacturers and leverage our 150+ location footprint to obtain the best pricing while also providing the customer service of a locally owned business. Our installers are fully vetted and all have 10+ years of experience and are extremely good at what they do. We do not cut corners and you can be assured that the job will be done right the first time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is setting an appointment. We set a time and show up at that time. We are not a company that gives you an 8 hour window of time that requires you to wait all day wondering when someone will show up. Next, we will listen to your vision for the project and make sure we fully grasp what you want to have accomplished. We will then laser measure your space and create a floorplan in our tablet. Once we have that information we are able to show you product samples in your space. We'll educate you about different types of products and you'll be able to see exactly how they will look in your space. After we land on a product you absolutely love, we are able to build out an all inclusive proposal so you can be assured that there won't be any surprises after the fact. We'll fully handle the project from that point, moving furniture, scheduling, install, and cleaning up after it's all said and done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our design associates undergo at least 300+ hours of training before they start, and we are fully committed to continuous education. flooring technology is rapidly changing and we make sure we remain at the forefront of those new technologies.
