Personal Training

I’ve been working out with Carly for a month and she is honestly the best trainer I have worked with. Her workouts are very effective but you don’t leave feeling completely exhausted and unable to do anything for the rest of the day. She’s super informative and gives great pointers on form that have helped me stay injury free so I can keep going. She’s also so easy to talk to and sweet and every workout is really fun with her.

Carly is a fantastic trainer and individual. After only a month I already feel stronger and have seen a improvement in other activities. I have found her to be higly knowledgable and motivating. She helps you master proper form in training and is attentive in what your goals are. I’ve tried other trainers in the past and Carly is by far the best I’ve experienced. It’s amazing that she’ll come to your home and show you how to use your own equipment and also help you become confident in the gym. I cannot recommend her enough!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I typically like to see clients for at least 3 months to start. This gives us time to really get to the root of issues, heal and help shift their mindset. Real and permanent changes start to take place the longer we work together. We will have an initial meeting to go over the client's health history, goals and current issues, then meet weekly from there.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have a BS in Exercise and Sport Science through the University of Utah with a minor in nutrition. I am certified through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition as a Health Coach, as well as NASM as a Certified Personal Trainer.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I have always been very passionate about health, wellness and fitness. I grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah at the foot of the mountains, so my family was always active doing something outdoors. I went to the University of Utah and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science with a minor in nutrition, then continued on to get a health coaching certification and personal training certification.
