City Lock

Introduction: Many, but here are a few key points: 1. City Lock does not over-book, so we generally are not in a press for time. 2. ONE trip charge on all installations and rekey jobs. If we have to return to complete, client does not pay more travel expense or trip charge. 3. Virtually NO subcontracting. All service is conducted by employees on payroll. We are background checked, capable and fully insured. 4. City Lock does not charge shipping for parts to the brands we support and recommend, or if one of our normal supply warehouses has the item. Special orders for non-stock, obsolete or non supported lines will have factory freight costs added. 5. Warranty Parts. Certain brands of products may have factory warranty on the parts. We will try to ascertain if yours do, providing procuring under warranty does not cost more billable time than selling you the new part. 6. City Lock tends to be more comprehensive than my competition. Others do not seem to share the same passion and curiosity that I do. Should I not have a certain key, either because the lock is 60 years obsolete, or so new the keys are not yet in common assortments, I am happy to order it. If I do not have the ANSWER to a question, I will get it. I have an international resource of locksmiths to post tech inquiries ( where I constantly ANSWER others; questions ). 7. We do advanced auto key and remote programming, when others pass on the job. I get called to jobs others have done, and did fair for what they did, but the job was incomplete. I love problem-solving. Also find great satisfaction when someone finds us after having been disappointed with the quality or limited choices of "ginormous" stores. We hear " I NEVER KNEW YOU GUYS COULD DO THAT" on a regular basis!
