Of all the trainers I have worked with; Tyler is the most knowledgeable, dedicated, conscientious and respectful trainer I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Tyler comes to the table with custom tailored workout programs, smart-phone apps for creative exercise options (which I swear by), and meal plans; all of which are easy to follow and manageable for those who don’t work out (like the 'old me'). Tyler and I have been working together on getting my weight under control and bringing my missing muscle tone back into my figure. I weighed 301 pounds not long ago. Now, with less than 4 months of basic training and really watching my eating, I have trimmed down to 254.3 pounds. Mic drop. (I work weekly with Tyler and have never felt better in my life. Worth every penny.) Thank you Tyler!

Fantastic personal trainer! Very attentive to my nutrition, and always has suggestions on how I can improve myself further. He gives good advice on the best methods to lose weight and to maintain a healthy one, without judgment.

We’ve met a few times so far, and he is a great personal trainer. He has shown me some techniques to maximize my potential and offers sound advice on my nutrition. After much discussion, he helped me work out just what I should and should not be eating, as well as the best workouts for me.

Tyler has been a great influence thus far. He has helped me to cut back on my junk food, and encourages me to do my very best. He is kind and has been one of my biggest supporters in making sure I get healthier.

I have never been healthier! Tyler helped me to kick my worst habits, from McDonalds to smoking cigarettes. Since then, I have been in the best shape of my adult life. It is all thanks to him, he has the know how to help kick you into gear too.
