Bob responded very quickly to my request, and built an amazing menu based upon our likes/dislikes. My husband and I are proud foodies, so it was really important to us to have really delicious food, made with quality ingredients. Bob definitely delivered: Warm Corn, Pancetta, Shallot and Crème Fraiche Dip, Lobster and Avocado Cocktail with Lime and Mint, Pork Tacos with Mango Salsa, Chicken Fingers with Honey Pecan Dipping Sauce, an amazing slaw and Twice Cooked Potatoes.... We had a private wedding event in our home, and Bob's menu and presence was such a special touch, and exactly what we were hoping for. He was very obviously at ease in the kitchen, was engaging and so sweet. And, we had leftovers! We are so grateful for Bob's special attention throughout our event. We will definitely use him again.
