My husband and I started training with Mike in January with the ultimate goal of getting in shape and toning for our wedding in July. On our wedding day, I was the most confident I have been with my body in for as long as I can remember. Mike's workouts are great. He really listens to your goals and develops customized plans to help you get there. For me it was all about the arms for the wedding dress and I was very happy with how my arms looked on the big day. Prior to Mike, I had been bottoming out on too much cardio and not enough strength training. I was working out 4-7 times a week and wasn't getting the results I felt I deserved based on the amount of time I was putting in. Mike changed that and I finally got the definition I had been looking for. We started having Mike cook for us in May when we started to get busier with wedding tasks & were traveling every two weeks. Mike's meals were delicious and I'm so glad that I got to learn from his healthy cooking example. He is a registered dietician in addition to his personal training license, it doesn't get much better than that people! Additionally, we love Mike because he is a real person! We have met trainers at big gyms that don't understand a life outside of the gym. Mike gets it. He knows you aren't going to eat perfect on vacation and gives you tips on how not to overindulge or healthy alternatives. He helps you work through these challenges as opposed to making you feel like a failure when you make bad choices. Last thing about Mike. He is just a really good guy. He is about as honest and genuine as they come. He puts his whole heart into it and he truly cares about his clients. We would highly recommend him to anyone who is in search of a personal trainer!
Justin has been my trainer for about 7 months now. I have seen amazing results gaining strength and muscle and feeling like I am in much better shape than when I started. He makes the workouts enjoyable and makes each one different and always challenging. He listens to your goals and what you like and dislike and caters his workouts towards that. If you want he provides workout routines to do on your own as well which is helpful! He also helps with nutrition checking in with what you are eating and providing really helpful tips and suggestions of what to eat. For example I recently discovered I am lactose intolerant and he had suggestions for what protein powder I should eat that is lactose free and what salad dressing I should eat as well. He is very knowledgeable and is passionate about what he does, which shows in his work!

I have had 4 sessions with Nick. He is professional and well-informed on Fitness. He has designed some great workouts for me and is committed to helping me attain my fitness goals. He pays close attention to my form and provides guidance when I need it to get it right and avoid injury. And he's a nice guy!
First off, it's impossible to really keep a review on Brandy short. But I'll give it a try-which is what Brandy would say to any exercises. She knows her stuff, whether you're in her spin class, yoga class, personal training, taking about health, TRX or kettlebells, Brandy no matter what condition you are in, she WILL help you. Brandy is an absolute sweetheart that will work you touchas off. She comes in with a plan for the session, but ALWAYS asks how I am feeling, what she does amazingly, is adjust and with Glee. As I stated I could write a 60 page review, but that's hard to read, So whatever fitness schedule you are seeking, Brandy is the gal, PERIOD.
I absolutely love my trainer Matt Carrigan... He is professional, kind, motivating, enthusiastic and just fun to be around... He is my constant reminder of my personal goals and he always works with my crazy schedule... Everyone has those days where its hard to get to the gym, when life takes you by a storm, but he always gives me that "extra nudge" that I sometimes need of "YOU CAN DO IT!!"... Holding a degree in Kinesiology, he is extremely knowledgeable about the fitness industry. I love ALL his workouts... It's always something different. So in a nutshell, he is the amazing. After our workouts, I always feel so much better when I leave the gym!
I had a great experience with Chad and his team. I was recovering from a serious accident, and Chad was able to help me with form, strength and conditioning and balance. He got me back on my feet again and on my way back to an active lifestyle. He gave me several options to try and many tips, which made it a perfect customized plan for my recovery.
I go to I.T. Fitness whenever I can! The people are that come are great, Malcolm is super supportive and encouraging! He helped me with a fitness plan, broke it down and explained to me what I needed to do. The workouts are fun and upbeat, you workout hard, and feel great! I always look forward to the days that I get to go!
Willpower Fitness is my favorite workout studio in Denver featuring the latest strength and cardio equipment including TRX bands, bosu balls, kettlebells, machines, stairmasters, and my favorite, the sled. They incorporate everything from traditional lifts (both body and light weight) to plyometrics to cross-fit exercises. One on one or group training, the workouts vary every day and you definitely feel a burn. Diet and nutrition planning is also available. The staff takes pride in what they do and make it a supportive environment. Will and Don have been in the fitness industry for 10+ years and are extremely experienced in their field. Also have a great vibe working together, are joksters, and make everyone laugh. They focus on each individual person and are in tune with their body. Stretching and proper form play a key role in everyone's program. Willpower Fitness is a brand new studio, clean, with plenty of showers, hot water, hairdryers, curling irons, hairspray, lotion, etc. The locker room is a relaxing environment to say the least. They also offer childcare with lots of toys! I highly suggest Willpower Fitness. I don't doubt it will become your gym and sanctuary as well.

I enjoy everything about Fitness Revolution! The workouts are challenging, quick (only 45 mins) and fun. Bobby is a wonderful coach! And the other members provide a positive and fun support system. And, if you follow Bobby's exercise and diet advice, you WILL get results!
Coach Randy is the best trainer I've ever worked with. His workouts are innovative, challenging and never the same. He incorporates body weight exercises, plyometrics, light weights and safe cross-fit-style exercises into every workout. Best of all, everything is low impact. After only 30 minutes of his innovative approach, I'm always sweating with an elevated heart rate. For any level of fitness, Coach Randy is a pro. He'll get you in shape in no time if you stick it out.
