Introduction: I offer short-term or long term psychotherapy for adolescent and adult individuals. I also do couples counseling, family therapy, issues of grief/loss, depression, anxiety, fertility, postpartum depression, separation/divorce, gender issues. I offer psychodynamic psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, existential and contemplative perspectives. I have 19 years of experience. I find a way to connect with each person so as to understand what is at the root of their particular difficulty. Once I have a feel for who one is and the nature of the problem, no matter what it is, I then find ways to get beyond the obstructions so that each person finds a way to have a healthy, enjoyable life.
