The contractor correctly diagnosed that the reason my gutters were leaking is the drip edge was on the top of the underlayment and the underlayment needed to be on top of the drip edge. He was honest and told me the underlayment needed to be fixed all the way around the roof and he didn't have time that day so he charged me a reduced rate for just doing the inspection. I contacted my roofing company and they sent someone out to fix it at no cost to me so I was very happy to benefit from the contractors expertise! The contractor was late to our appointment though otherwise I would have given him 5 stars.
It isn't easy trying to choose which construction or roofing company to use when you suddenly find yourself in that 'hurry up or else' situation of needing to replace the roof NOW. After receiving several estimates - and dealing with the 'maybe I can get to it next week' excuses - one company stood out among the rest - Mountaintop Construction. Steve Petersen came to my home in Bellvue, Colorado, within 24-48 hours, which was over 100 miles from his location. He explained to me in simple terms why the shingles looked the way they did, which actually helped save me a ton of money after advising me to have the insurance company come take a look. The job was completed by a friendly crew - and by Steve himself - within a weeks' time. The county came out for the final inspection and the roof passed with no problems. The shingles look beautiful! I would recommend this company and Steve Petersen's crew without hesitation.
Scott is very professional and the quality of his work is for an amazing value. Definitely recommending him to everybody looking for roof repair or any roofing projects that people may need.
Uriel and his team did an excellent job with my interior painting project. I was especially impressed with his responsiveness and willingness to get started immediately. He showed up on a Sunday, gave me an estimate on the spot and his team showed up first thing on Monday morning to start the painting job. He also texted me at the end of each day and provided an update on status of the project. It's rare these days to find a contractor that is focused on doing a good job and exceeded customer expectations. I would highly recommend Uriel for future painting projects.
Darrin and the gang made the process easy! Darrin worked with the insurance company and everything was taken care of in a quick and timely manner. Our roof and our house have never looked better. I highly recommend RME for your roofing and contracting needs!
Terrific PR and skill sets and a job well done....Super! Sheila walked us through the entire roofing and gutter process in the initial meeting and we were extremely pleased with their final bid. Everything went smoothly and professionally. Crews were extremely hard-working. Have already recommended Masters Touch Roof LLC to several neighbors. We couldn't be more pleased with the final work product!
This was not a routine roofing project. It involved tearing off three layers of old roofing, the first layer having been installed in 1977. We found extensive water damage and Nicholson Pena was outstanding in replacing the old rotted plyboard with new wood before beginning the new installation. Nicholson Pena went out of their way to make sure that they answered all of our questions we had before and during the installation of a new Decra Shake (stone coated steel roof). They even made sure that the house was protected with Feltex SA 300 during the 10 day construction project. We would recommend Nicholson Pena for any proposed Decra Shake Roofing System project.
David was responsive via email, text and phone, He was very professional and knowledgeable on our roofing needs. We shopped around and David by far was the most competitive! He was also honest and did not try to upsell items that did not need to be replaced. The job was completed on schedule and the job site left spotless! I would highly recommend Tri Star Roofing!
We had a severely limited budget going in to a roof that had some unique challenges. Luckily, we found Brent of Ropa Roofing who did a thorough evaluation and estimate, making sure that we would not face any unpleasant surprises. Once the job had begun, there was a very quick turn around time of a few days. His crew worked extremely hard with long days - and it seemed, few breaks. Initially, there was a big mess (which I expected) but didn't think that they'd likely clean up. They cleaned up everything while also being careful of my plants around the house. The finished job looked terrific and made my somewhat otherwise shabby house look great! One piece of advice to the Buyer. Be sure that you understand what shingles you are ordering. I made a rookie mistake of not paying attention to specifying certain rated shingles. It didn't matter, in the end, because they were out of my budget. Just be sure you know what you're ordering. Brent will help you with that and will go over and above in service.
They were vert professional, they were fast and did a very high quality job. I couldn't be more pleased .i love my new paint job.
Worked with Greg on an incredibly tight timeline with some special requests for the job. He was the most professional of all the contractors. Manuel and Carlos did fantastic work! Bonnie also was superb in keeping us appraised of the progress. We never once had to chase anyone down or play the games you so often do with contractors. Would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them!
The big reason we went with 1st Priority is because Mark was less pushy than the reps from other roofing companies during the estimate phase. I got the sense that he was being honest and fair throughout the entire process. Most companies had questions about whether it was an insurance claim or not and some would get pushy about it. It was clear that many are trying to get as much money from the insurance companies as possible (which I guess makes sense). From my perspective, if a company is trying to take advantage of the insurance company, how can I be sure they won't try to take advantage of me? In the end, everything went great. We have a great looking new roof, they completed it for a fair price, and they completed the job amazingly fast. Thanks guys!
Shiloh responded quickly, professionally and did even more than quoted on the bid. I would recommend him for your next roofing repair.
They do great work. The best contractor I have hired online ever! You will be impressed with their work!
great experience, very knowledgeable in roofing as well as gutters. Would defenetly recomend to all my friends, and I have. Great guy, local and with rasonable prices.
High Plains did a great job on cleaning the gutters. We have a very large pine tree so they were full of pine needles. They were here when expected and cleaned up and hauled off debris that was collected. We have a two story house and it was no problem for them. Great job.
I needed to have an urgent repair to some vents on the roof in order to close the sale of a house on time. Gary returned my phone call right away and was able to give me an estimate way ahead of anyone else. He provided different solutions at very reasonable prices. I feel like it is very hard to trust and rely on some roofers these days so it was a life saver to find Advanced Roofing Solutions. I will be using them for any future roof work.
Martin Munoz was very responsive from the time of my first inquiry. All of the work was performed on-time and as expected. Martin is very professional. Family and friends remarked that it was one of the neatest roofing jobs they had ever seen. Would recommend him to anyone who asked. Thank you JRoofing
Adam was right on it coming out to look at the leak on my roof and was able to get someone out very quickly to get the repairs done. I will definitely recommend Adam and Rocky Mountain Roofing and Restoration.
I contacted Thumbtack and requested bids from roofing companies on an insurance claim; 5 company names/contacts were provided. Of those five, only 3 responded and offered to provide an estimate. Of those three, two companies did an estimate from a satellite view. Of the two “satellite-based” estimates, one was $750+ out-of-pocket over what the other one bid. The other bid was completed as a few lines in an informal email, along with “yeah, we can do it – won’t make any money from it but we can always use a good rating.” This was also the company who suggested a ridge vent to replace the turtle vents “as long as you don’t live in a windy area.” The roof was being replaced for wind damage - duh. One contractor came out personally to look at my roof about 1 hour after our phone conversation. Dan Matheny from 1st Priority Roofing sent a written estimate, the company credentials, and the website for the roofing materials that he was proposing. It took about 10 days for the HOA to give their approval, all the while Dan kept in touch with me. By Monday of the following week, the roofing was delivered. By Wednesday afternoon the work was completed to include "code" upgrades that Dan arranged for the insurance to pay for. I am completely satisfied with the performance of 1st Priority Roofing and Sales Manager Dan Matheny. The new roof is beautiful and was zero headache to have done. I would re-use 1st Priority without hesitation and will recommend them in the future.
Tom and his team were great. The experience was smooth and seamless. Would recommend them for your roofing needs.
