Forest & team were awesome. Literally one of the top 3 experiences I've had with hiring a trade in Denver. Forest came over within a couple of days to get me a quote, explain the job and walk me through the process. He checked with Jeffco on building specs and communicated the needed changes and cost effects. He then fit me in the schedule earlier than expected. Told me job was 3 days - team finished in 3 days. Cleaned up and took some extra with them. These guys are legit - highly recommend.

Daniel and his team helped my wife and I transform a house built in 1906 into a modern masterpiece. They did an UNBELIEVABLE job at a very reasonable price. At first, I was a little hesitant to use them as one reviewer perviously gave them a wretched review, but I couldnt be happier with the end-results. They completely remodeled the basement, added 2 bathrooms, re-did another bathroom, dry walled multiple rooms, built an amazing egress window well, installed a water heater, sewer ejector pump, kitchenette, and laid tile/ flooring throughout the house. Separately, on a personal level Daniel and his crew are some of the nicest individuals you'll ever meet. IF YOU ARE EVER ON THE FENCE ABOUT USING DANIEL AND HIS CREW DONT BE....FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME AT ANY TIME AND ID BE HAPPY TO SHOW OFF HIS WORK. This certainly wont be the last time we use him. Marc built us a beautiful redwood front porch! He kept us involved the entire time and was the most reasonably priced. All of our neighbors are asking for his info! He also worked while we weren't even there and made sure to stay on track even when Home Depot failed to deliver materials on time, he went and got them himself.

I only hope I can convey the full measure of unreserved enthusiasm and profound gratitude I feel for having discovered so utterly remarkable an individual as I was privileged to find in the person of Brett Breneisen, the most extraordinary contractor I have ever met. Possessing a range of skills virtually any one of which would stand as amazing, Brett quite literally restored our home to us and saved it from almost certain disaster in the future. Our home had experienced foundation damage that occurred as the result of excessive rain having forced the movement of tons of soil, causing a wall in the (finished) basement to lean in substantially from the top. The damage done by the shifting of the wall was considerable: a large air duct was torn from the ceiling and left hanging askew; the doorway to the furnace room was crushed (the sliding doors no longer doors at all, but reduced to ill-fitting, scarcely usable partitions); the sheetrock composing the ceiling had cracked and buckled. A wall in the hallway had buckled as well, and a portion of it protruded outward, possibly indicating that a structural support beam was being shoved right through the wall. None of the doors in the basement would close anymore; indeed, one, frame and all, had been shifted several inches to one side, leaving a gaping opening. The ceiling in one of the rooms was torn; the room gave the appearance, for all intents and purposes, of a lid being torn off a box. Walls were cracked, and splintered, sheetrock shattered here and there; overall, it was a disaster. The house looked as if it were quite literally about to come down. All that is now in the past. Upon having had the house piered to bedrock and thus arresting the movement of the foundation, we were able to address the sorry sight that our basement had become. That’s when I called Brett. Right from the start, he put my mind to ease. He conducted a thorough examination and determined that there was no structural damage. He then set about determining each area of damage and, upon his providing a wonderfully reasonable estimate, secured our go-ahead for the project. Brett started immediately. He addressed each and every concern, turning eye-sore problem areas into show-house perfection. It is virtually impossible now to believe that such damage was ever present. In Brett I observed the most capable and expert contractor, quite frankly, I had ever seen. Nothing was beyond his skill and ability, no area of restoration too large or too complex. He amazed us. Brett’s concise and thorough approach may well have resulted in actually saving our home and, quite possibly, our very lives and those of our beloved pets. The pressing in of the wall had put significant tension on electrical wiring conveying power to ceiling lights. The wiring, Brett found, had been installed incorrectly; rather than having been run through a support, as it should have been, it had instead been wrapped around it. Pressure had broken and exposed the wire, situating what would have been live current in direct contact with dry wood. Upon further investigation, Brett found several additional wiring mistakes, ones that, in addition to the previous, would have almost certainly proved disastrous had I sought to have the lights reactivated, as I very nearly did. In lieu of Brett's discovery of the wiring errors---errors no one lese would likely have found---disaster would have followed. (Some years ago, having become suspicious as the result of anomalous electrical behaviour, I had the power to the lines disconnected. We have of course since then been without any real light in the basement, but that was better than the prospect of what could result.) Brett’s expertise removed all danger and restored the lighting. Additionally, this remarkably talented man’s abilities have resulting in the advent of a beautiful, straight wall, a sharp and clean-looking, perfectly placed heating duct where once there was but a broken and sagging eye-sore, and brand new LED lights that provide twice the light at a fraction of the cost. I have never seen so great and varied a skillset contained within the person of a single individual. He never rushed or in any wise imparted to me the feeling that he just wanted to have done and move on. He never once called and said he couldn’t make it over today. He saw each and every aspect of the project through, from start to finish, and the result---I do not say this lightly---is flawless. He explained each step of what he did and always offered me options. He was at all times genuinely concerned with my satisfaction, and instantly rose to any challenge regarding anything additional I might propose. He was always personable and friendly, a genuine delight to have in our home. He was at all times profoundly considerate of our pets, ever careful and cautious regarding them and their safety, and earned our complete trust with them, which is no easy feat. The work he did is flawless, beautiful and complete. Having begun with a disaster, he left us with a wonderfully fully-finished and beautifully-painted basement, having single-handedly transformed our home from eyesore to showplace. So long as he is in business, there is quite simply no one else I shall ever call. He has earned our sincerest admiration and respect.

Stuart built a beautiful treehouse for us. It was an unconventional job, kind of design on the fly because you have to work with the tree. He did a great job and added touches that really make it special. Our boys love it!

Throughout each step of getting my sink replaced, I received clear and timely communication. Once present are my home, Antonio took time to explain to me each step of the process to ensure I was satisfied with the work. He was careful and efficient. He even spent time cleaning up (even though we are remodeling and the house is a mess) AND stool away the old sink. Would certainly hire again for other jobs.

Owen built an extension on our deck and replaced our deck railings last summer. He did such an exceptional job that we asked him and his partner, Brandon, to return to build a fence around our garden this year. Owen and Brandon are both hard working, skilled, conscientious, reliable, and professional. They listened carefully and respectfully to what I wanted and helped me to design a fence that would blend with the architecture of our house and mirror the style of our deck, while also effectively keeping out deer. Owen and Brandon always asked questions when needed to ensure that their work was consistent with my vision. It was clear that they didn't just want to get the job done but felt invested in creating something that was durable, well-crafted, and attractive. Additionally, they took the time each day to make sure that I understood what they planned to do so that I could have input throughout the building process. It was a joy to work with people who take such pride in their work and I could not be happier with the final product.

My job was a small, yet complicated one - building an office in an area of my two-story condo that was nothing but open space. Additionally, this area was right over my front door, which required creativity in maintaining a construction environment that didn’t create a major hardship in getting into my home. Major positives: started the job when promised, maintained excellent standards as building inspectors confirmed, was organized, efficient, and pleasant to my neighbors.

Matt helped us with a variety of jobs related to our kitchen renovation. We had a very outdated (1940-1950's era) kitchen, and were working to renovate through IKEA. A group associated with IKEA installed new cabinets and countertops, and Matt did literally EVERYTHING else. He performed a difficult demo and prepped our walls for install, and afterwards worked to finish all other aspects of our project- including new tile flooring, cutting for and installing a new sink, and properly installing a microwave/hood combo. These tasks are only a small portion of the total body of work Matt completed however. All told, this was a BIG project for a relatively small kitchen; nonetheless we could not have been more pleased with Matt's craftsmanship, attention to detail, and thoroughness. Matt did not leave anything undone and is clearly passionate about providing the best work possible. Communicating and working with Matt was very easy & straightforward, and there were never any questions about the job being done or the quality of work. Even when we asked Matt do perform additional duties midway through out project, he was flexible in incorporating these additions in. We could not be more happy with our new kitchen and would highly recommend Matt & Big Red Innovations to others (and we will likely be working with him again in the future!).

I worked with Bryan for about 6 months. In that time we completed condo renovation, basement finishing, crown install, baseboard install, door install and building/installing units. Bryan is fantastic, diligent, punctual and detail oriented. He is the best I’ve ever worked with at installing crown moulding and baseboard. I would highly recommend him for door installs also.

Fran built our house from start to finish. We still have the basement to finish. It is a rather large house. The quality of the work was excellent. He custom built our home and we love it. He had a lot of very good suggestions. He and his crew were always polite, friendly and cooperative. They were good and courteous to one another. We were around them for approximately six months or more. The things we had trouble with were the work seemed to have taken longer as there would be days when there was no one doing anything. We understand that we were not his only clients and he had to manage the crews. We were always around, which in talking with other people who have had their houses built, most builders do not want or allow. We have a few things which still need to be finished. I feel Fran will do them but it is difficult to work around. The other thing is that I felt, then and now, that if the premises were kept more clean with less clutter they would be able to work more easily. As it was. one group doing staining left. some rags in a pile. When they caught fire there was a lot of damage with the smoke. I will say that they got busy and cleaned the walls redid the painting, repaired the damage and concentrated on getting rid of the smoke smell which was quite extensive. All in all I would recommend having Fran do the work.because in the end the quality is there
