FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
My training style is constantly changing and evolving. I like to change things up. Keep it interesting for both of us. Working out is no easy endeavor. So my job, along with getting and keeping you in shape, is to keep it interesting for you. I don't want you to get bored and dread another day at the gym. I want you to look forward to the next session and get excited for another day and another workout.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I can offer you two valuable components as a trainer. My credentials being the first and second, being a prior gym owner as well as a personal trainer. I have been training athletes to stay at home moms for over 20 years. I have an accredited and current certification from the NSCA for the past 17 years. The National Strength and Conditioning Association are one of the best institution for coaches and personal trainers looking to test for their credentials. Last but not least, i recieved my degree a BS in Kinesiology from the Univ of Colorado at Boulder in 1997. Hiring personal trainer can be expensive. We can take care of that at an affordable rate that works within your budget.
