Jen came to our office for our office employee appreciation day. She made it into the perfect relaxing day by giving everyone in the office a wonderful massage and also taught a 1 hour yoga class. It was so nice to have her come to us with all of her equipment and experience. The staff has requested that she come back for yoga classes and massages at lease once a month!

Tara, really listens to her clients--she is flexible in her protocols, is always on time, focused and prepared. Tara has training in other areas such as yoga and dance and brings that knowledge/experience to her sessions. She is delightful as an instructor who is there for you.

Chellee is an amazing masseuse. I have literally cried tears of joy with the release of pain in my mid back from her work. She has a great deep massage and I have even tried to foot massage on my back. Not sure what that is called, but that is amazing. I will definitely be back!

Viki came to the middle school where I teach and did a custom session for my small girls running club and anyone else who wanted to attend. The girls enjoyed her knowledge and approachable demeanor. She adapted to our available space (the library), answered their array of middle school questions and led a yoga session appropriate for runners and non- runners together.

We hired Becca for a Yoga Summer Series at our workplace-- one class per month. We had tried other instructors in the past, but Becca came highly recommended (and requested!). Becca knows how to read a room and flex her style to accommodate all skill levels. This made for our highest attendance rates yet! Thanks Becca for a great workplace yoga experience!

Kat Bartell is the perfect blend of spunk, passion, comfort and inspiration. Her classes keep me challenged as well as motivated to grow physically and mentally. I love how she incorporates her knowledge of yoga, Pilates, nutrition, massage and multiple other talents into creating an experience that is about a lifestyle. You don't take a Kat Bartell class to get a workout. You take a Kat Bartell class to expand what is possible in life!

With legs up the wall, I’m lying in this inverted position as I wait for class to begin. Whether finding peace from the day’s woes, or starting a new day afresh, I’ve discovered a sanctuary at Inner Connections Yoga: There is no better place to relax, detox and destress than this one. Led by John and Jeanne Adams, a gathering of attuned teachers offers each student the chance to discover their own levels of strength, balance, flexibility and overall ease. I would never have thought that yoga could do so much, but in the hands of this compassionate team it really can be an all-in-one practice to heal body, mind and soul. Mindful teachers offer suggestions for modifications that enrich the benefit of each asana – “a position of purpose” for each student. Classes begin and end with a meditation to help you take everything you’ve learned, off the mat and into the world. I have come to know the environment at Inner Connections as both staff and student. And I know it to be deeply transformative place or simply a gentle escape from what ails you. It’s a special place, indeed.

    About

I'm a 200-hour yoga alliance certified instructor. About

A registered yoga teacher (RYT 200) dedicated to providing an experience of strength, healing, and empowerment that permeates into your daily life. My teaching styles include hatha, vinyasa flow (linking movement to breath), beginners, and restorative/gentle yoga with an emphasis on alignment, visualization, and mindfulness.

    About

I was drawn to teach yoga in the Kripalu tradition because it speaks to the WHOLE individual--not just focused on exercising the body. My classes are really an invitation to explore the "yoga of LIFE"--how what we experience every time we come onto our mats is a mirror for our journey through Life: its gifts, its challenges and its lessons. I incorporate wisdom teachings from many traditions, poetry, music and sharing and each class is unique. The gift of yoga every time I "go to work". Relationship with amazing students. The joy of teaching. Knowing that, ultimately, there is something greater doing the work. Incredible creative freedom to make it "new", every time.

    About

Being a Colorado native, Lara was always drawn to an active and athletic lifestyle. Lara was introduced to yoga in a high school dance class and she knew instantly that it was an intricate piece of her life's path. She was intrigued and mystified by the complexity of the human body and the study of its movement. In 2005, Lara began her studies in massage therapy at the Boulder College of Massage Therapy, where she currently works in Boulder as a therapist. As the result of a shoulder injury, her dedication to yoga grew more and more. Compelled to immerse herself in its study, she completed the CorePower teacher training in 2008 and began masterfully weaving her experience as a bodyworker and yoga practitioner. Lara's classes convey the depth that she has discovered within yoga that goes far beyond the physical Asana practice. Lara creates a beautiful rhythm of meditation and healing by aligning the breath and focusing the mind with the movement of the physical body. "Because the practice has affected me so profoundly, it is a joy and honor to share its benefits through teaching." Recently, Lara has expanded her knowledge beyond Power Vinyasa and Hot Yoga to teach Yin Yoga and Partner Yoga by the fall of 2009. - Private and group yoga classes: Vinyasa flow, hot yoga, yin yoga, and partner yoga. - Therapeutic massage: Floor and table shiatsu, full-body Swedish massage, chair massage, sports massage, polarity therapy, deep tissue, neuromuscular energy techniques, Thai massage, and integrative massage.
