I started training with Noreen three months ago and my attitude and perspective on life has changed tremendously. Since I’ve started training with Noreen I have been dropping not only weight and body fat but I have also been losing inches. This passed month I have incorporated kickboxing with her husband Berto which is a killer and amazing way to do incorporate cardio. My confidence has built and so has my motivation on life. These two individuals are the most humble people you can ever meet and they want nothing but to see you succeed. They have a lot of patience and understand the everyone starts at different places so they work with you. I have finally dropped down to a weight that I don’t even remember being and with the excitement of Noreen, Berto, and myself I, I have more desire to keep working on my goals.
Jerome is an exceptional health coach and personal trainer. My experiences with him have been nothing short of fantastic. He clearly is very well educated about health and fitness. He makes workouts exciting while also taking the care and time to inform you about the proper technique and body maintenance required to improve one's fitness. Daria, is a great yoga coach/trainer. Im a beginner and wanted to quickly learn the absolute correct form and postures quickly, so i can join a yoga class and participate without injury. In 3 one on one classes, we achieved that goal. Totally worth it!

I worked with Tania to find out if I had more inflammation with gluten in my diet. She did a great analysis of my issues and made some recommendations that I am following. My weight and health has always been a source of anxiety for me. Having a small boned body and being short but not obese, has proved it very difficult for me to find the right food and dietary plan to help me get back on a road to health and lose weight. Initially I had little hope, but Melissa was right there by my side. It was hard but with her help, support and guidance I have been seeing amazing results. She has been right at my side encouraging, guiding me and being my biggest cheerleader. Her exercise plan is challenging and gives the best results. I have re-found my waistline and my flabby arms have started to get definition again. My goal was to fit into my white skinny jeans, and with the help of Melissa, I fit into them again. I never thought that would be possible. Most of all she gave me easy to achieve goals small steps as she calls them. Melissa never discourages me to not eat what I want, instead she preaches moderation and gives you alternatives- if you fall off the wagon one day, jump back on the next is what she tells me. She is patient and firm at the same time. She has given me the tools to live a life that is vibrant and healthy and energetic. From cooking lessons, one-on-one training sessions and shopping trips she has been just what I needed. I highly recommend her to everyone.
