- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer customers who hire weekly services a discount as well as extra chores at no additional cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am a very caring and detailed oriented cleaner. Thus, I begin by listening what my customers need and desire and then I offer then solutions to their cleaning needs. Additionally, I am very open to feedback and always seek to help and serve, as opposed to simply work. Once I listen my customers' needs, I work as hard as possible to fulfill their expectations. Finally, I collect some feedback that allows me to grow in doing my job next time they hire me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently on the third year of bachelor of elementary education. It may not sound very related to cleaning/housekeeping services; however, It is through this program I have learned to be patient, proactive, and self-oriented. These are all values which has helped interact and treat people with respect, empathy and consideration. Additionally, After having worked with a housekeeping company for three years, I have learned what the customers' expectations are when it comes to remove the cleaning chores from their concerns list by hiring a housekeeper.
