What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will be going over your medical history to evaluate and asses the situation and the most problematic areas. I will then develope a personalized and tailored treatment plan that will re-correct, re-train, reduce pain and provide immediate results depending upon injuries found in the assesment.Â

Incredible… so knowledgeable and thorough. I have been tight in my lower back, hips a shoulders for years. Never any relief… in our first session I could feel these muscles releasing and my body literally shifting back into place. She’s not a massage therapist…. She is in all sense of the word a HEALER.

My husband and I just got massages from Tara and it was a really great experience. She's so thorough and was really able to get there and relieve some of the chronic pain that my husband has while leaving me completely pain free. As soon as I showed up, she did a quick check and found all of my trouble spots without me even having to say anything and before she had me on the table, so she knew exactly what areas she needed to focus on. Tara was incredibly professional and accommodating, really going the extra mile to make us comfortable. She really takes an interest in her client's overall health and offers advice to help you in the day to day. We are going to start seeing her regularly and I'd highly recommend that if you're looking for a great massage, whether for pain relief or simple relaxation, you give her a call.

I am really impressed how Tara was able to evaluate the muscles that needed to be worked on. After my massage I felt more relaxed with my back muscles being stretched out. We also had a good conversation during the session.
