We have not had the work done yet but his references were great and his responsiveness was very professional and punctual. We are hoping for a great experience.Jun 17, 2017VerifiedBunn & Sons Home Renovations's reply
Thank you, Warren! We look forward to working with you!
We had a simple but feisty problem, how to fit a workbench and more storage into a 1922 single car garage. Tom was everything we could have wanted in handyman. He was very well prepared, on time, and thought ahead so we had discussed and decided the details. All in he has built a suspended storage platform (including blocking the roof rafters), a workbench (expertly framed so I can park below it), and a vertical storage rack (both strong and carefully framed to maximize capacity). All the work is great. He left the space clean and ready to use. And when we had a bit of an issue, he was flawless in follow up and correction. We'll work with him again soon.Jul 7, 2017VerifiedBunn & Sons Home Renovations's reply
Thanks for the nice review and for your business, Phil!
Tom did a great job remodeling my mother-in-law's bathroom offering suggestions to make a small space a beautiful haven. He was so good at explaining the process and timeline so there were no surprises. I highly recommend him for any project large or small.May 31, 2017
Tom is very friendly and professional. He did an excellent job with our partial master shower remodel. We will use him again, and again.May 12, 2017Bunn & Sons Home Renovations's reply
Thank you so much for the kind review, Win! :)
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Large scale home renovation projects such as kitchen or bath remodels vary so much that we need to go through the formal estimation process to arrive at the cost of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Simply reply to my message and my wife Brook will get back to you to schedule a time for our initial phone call. After I learn more about your project, I can usually give you ball park estimate on price and we can determine collectively if your project and our company are a good fit. For renovation projects, we will then set up a time for me to come look at your space and I will provide a formal estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have over a decade of real world construction experience as well as a lifetime of working with my dad's projects from the time I was a little boy. I've also got career experience as a geo technical project manager. Both of those skill sets have come in very handy in this business!
