About this pro
Brian seems to be a very nice guy, and looking forward to him helping me achieve my goals.Apr 17, 2018Verified
Brian is an exceptional personal trainer. While training with him over several months, he was able to make exercising on a regular basis not just bearable for me, but also fun and rewarding. He's very knowledgeable and easy to speak with openly. He truly cares about his clients' health and well-being, and understands that everyone has different fitness needs. As a result, I have not just met my fitness goals, I have exceeded them. I feel very lucky to have found someone who has been such a great motivator, and believe me, it shows. This review is not just fluff, it's 100% true.Aug 10, 2017Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Ultimately it comes down to this. Paying for personal training is about making a good investment in yourself. You invest in yourself all the time without realizing it..whether its bad investments made everyday, like eating food that doesn't serve you... or worse investments made monthly like paying for cable that keeps you locked on the couch for hours on end. Personal training and health coaching is preventative medicine, and will ALWAYS be cheaper than medical costs down the road.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to either get you on the phone or meet you out for coffee to get acquainted and talk about all of your "whys". I want to know why you've decided to embark on this journey, why you've chosen to receive help, and what you expect to get out of it. We'll discuss what has worked in the past and how I can make the process better and more productive for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Along with the required textbook readings to certify, I stay up to date by listening to podcasts and reading countless books on nutrition, gut health, mechanics, psychology, and the like. I received my bachelor's in psychology in 2012 from the University of Colorado at Boulder, which has given me a solid background in understanding human motivation, habit, and the reward system. All this schooling combined with my 15 years of practical experience in the gym and in the kitchen give me an edge over the competition.
