Introduction: I have been certified as a trainer since 2013. I am currently pursuing a master’s degree in Applied Exercise Science with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning.

Based on this assessment we create a custom program for you based on your capabilities, limitations, but most importantly your goals. You choose if you want to do this in our in-person studio or at your home or current gym via our custom hybrid programming.
