I enthusiastically endorce Versell Wells as a personal trainer. When I met Versell, none of business suits fit. I had simply gained weight from lack of excersize and eating the wrong foods. I knew I had to make a choice. I could either spend my money on super sized clothes and keep on gaining weight. Or, I could spend money on a fitness trainer who could motivate me to eat right and train right. A trusted friend recommended Versell. I'm glad she did. Versell has been working with me for six months now. We stated with an exercise inventory and a food inventory. He started with where I was at and moved me forward. Versell kept me honest and motivated. In December, I tore my MCL in a skiing accident. I feared my previous efforts would be lost. Tim DiCroce is one of the best personal trainers with whom I have worked out. He is knowledgeable, personable, upbeat, encouraging and challenging. When we first started working out together, Tim listened to what I said my goals were, asked pertinent questions, and then delivered programs that showed results faster than I've had with other personal trainers. He made adjustments on the fly based on how I responded to a particular program. I never felt like I was getting “the program of the week” that all clients received. Tim also mixed exercises up more than other personal trainers so he kept things interesting as well. When I had a running injury, Tim adjusted the programs so I could continue to work out, and I believe the adjustments helped my recovery as well. I highly recommend Tim. If you show up and work out consistently, Tim will more than do his part so you can reach your goals.

Working with Chad at Obstacle Destruction is both invigorating and challenging. We meet three times a week and I have seen remarkable changes in myself and my stamina. He uses state of the art techniques combined with inventive workouts to take my fitness to the next level. Chad works with my time constraining schedule to make sure we meet every week. He has always been knowledgeable and supportive as he pushes me through new and challenging routines. My current goal is to get ready for the Navy PST, and as it stands, I am on track to blow it out of the water because of Chads advice and knowhow. Having worked out with Donny for more than 2 years he brought me to a new level of fitness. His technique is excellent and with a lot of variety. No boring workouts. Always great at positive motivation to keep you going for the entire workout. He also taught me some yoga to complete the workout.
I have never been very active or interested in fitness, but finally push came to shove and I started feeling very down and out about my body, I was very nervous at first, scared that it would be embarrassing or worse, I would be working with someone who made me feel uncomfortable or that I didn't like. Karisa was like a breath of fresh air, all my fears fell away with our first meeting! She is very friendly and professional and made me feel comfortable immediately! It did not take long before I started seeing results, and feeling more confident. Even though she pushed me hard, she continuously made me feel capable and like I could do it. We really built a trust and friendship, I was excited to meet with her, it became kind of like therapy, and like I was getting to hang out with a good motivating girlfriend. I was feeling stronger, more energized, and overall healthy in no time. She continued to push me, even when I didn't want to work, and she continued to motivate me and help me see results. I was hesitant to work with a personal trainer because I am an athlete by background, and I thought I knew enough about my body to train myself (or just participate in group fitness classes). Working with Tom is great. He really knows how to adapt and push you at a level that right for you. Some trainers seem to only have one mode and they apply that broadly to all of their clients. Tom really takes the time to get to know who you are, your background, and what your goals are, and sets up a plan accordingly. You get the feeling that he really does have your best interest at heart and that seeing progress is just as satisfying for him as it is for you.
Bj is very attentive to what his clients need and makes adjustments when necessary to fit your personal limitations. He has a very knowledgeable approach. When I first started with him I didn't know what to expect or where to start and Bj made it easy to set goals and make them manageable.
