Everything was just okay with Phases Accounting. The office was clean and inviting, and the employees that we dealt with were professional and courteous. Our overall experience was a 3.5 out of 5. This rating is based on our past 4 years of what we typically got back in our taxes, and the fact we spent more for Phases Accountings services than we have with our previous Tax processor. We just moved to Colorado in the past 4 months, so that alone could be the difference, but this was still for the 2017 tax year which we only spent one month of it in Colorado, and it was a noticeable difference in the returns. Bottom line, we will do more research for different tax service next year, but I cannot say Phase Accounting did a bad job at all. I'm just comparing them to what we have typically received, and it was not as much, and we paid more the service.
Sabrina is very detail-orientated. She has helped me in organizing business paperwork when the process overwhelmed me to the point of tears. I would recommend her for any organizing needs you might have.
Jered got my business because he called me, along with sending a text and email (as other bidders did). We were able to come to an understanding right away and arrange to meet at a place convenient to each of us. He successfully recovered the data we thought had been lost due to hard drive damage in an auto accident. This was Great !! (music my grandson has been working on for months). Also, Jered more than answered all of our questions. We got more than what we paid for!
Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Chad took over an hour to ask questions and fully understand income picture to make sure I was fully compliant and maximize my return. Chad is extremely knowledgeable with personal income as well as business income. I was far more satisfied with Chad than with any big box tax service I used in the past. I also found Chad to extremely affordable. I will definitely be returning to Gilman and Associates and would highly recommend anyone go to Gilman and Associates.
I hired Kisty as a contract consultant. She was good for my business. Kisty was able to get my past due A/P up to date, she streamlined my invoicing system and my A/R. My cash flow increased and so have my profits. Kisty also trained some of my staff on how to be more efficient with my bookkeeping system. I highly recommend her!

I highly recommend Nancy Sparrow and Sparrow Solutions for all business and household support! I have used their Business Services and their Personal Concierge services since 2008. I have 100% trust in them. Nancy is a dynamic person and I trust her and her team to do whatever it takes to get things done. On the personal side...they manage my credit cards, finances, my son's schedule, my calendar, travel arrangements, household projects, errands, storage units, etc. As a note...she is also a very solid editor of copy. On the Business Services side, SS provides admin support, inventory, operational support, business development and research, marketing and sales, writing and editing as well as lots of projects we don't have specific staff for. It would be a mistake not to go with Sparrow Solutions.

Travis helped to grow and attain a strong brand reputation on several different Social Networks, including: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Snapchat and YouTube. In addition to growing my brand, Travis was able to get leads for our business through the use of advertisements; however, the cost of these ads were always included in the cost of our social media budget, so I personally never saw an increase in price no matter how many ads were being run! Travis showed me that he has absolute mastery of social networks. He showed that even within a relatively short amount of time, substantial gains can be made through the use of social networks. Travis really does know what he is talking about and doing surrounding social media. Lastly, Travis helped launch 2 of my products on Amazon. Social Media really helped with the launch of these products in my opinion. Moreover, Travis showed that he is in fact an expert Amazon Seller. He knows the ins and outs of Amazon, he is familiar with all of the rules, and procedures. Overall, I would recommend working with Travis to anyone that needs help either on Amazon or especially with their Social Media Marketing. He is professional, comes up with a plan and delivers on said plan!

I started my business just a little over a year ago with not a lot of knowledge of business and how to keep a business going once it's up and running.
