FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not. We know what our pricing is per item, per person. We also pass on better pricing to our clients, if it is available. We work hard to stay in people's budgets, to make sure they get what they want at a price that fits their needs. If we cant do it, we are upfront, if we can come in less, we are excited.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We likento angood Q & A to determine what exactly their vision and expectations are for their event. Its easy to throw a quite out for a vague checklist, but its almost impossible to get it 100%. So we like to touch base with some ideas and go from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Life ... and family and friends. :-) We also have years doing Food Service Ministry with our church as well as over 15 years making delicious for brides, bosses and whoever we are lucky enough to cook for!
