Jason was great when he came out to bid my small job. I appreciated his honesty and straightforwardness and went with his recommendations. The end result is exactly what I wanted. The stain closely matches the color of my pre-existing floor and they also repaired some flooring in an adjacent room perfectly. The crew (Jason and Larry) were very knowledgeable and incredibly personable too. Communication between everyone is decent , there is some lag time so if you need to know something it requires a phone call. My only negative is that I have a few jiggly spindles after they were red placed that need better anchoring but I haven't heard back about them yet. Overall, I'm very happy that I used Footprints Flooring.
Derek and his crew did a beautiful job installing crown molding on the kitchen cabinets; master bedroom; and dining room. I would highly recommend Omega Contracting!
Crown molding and chair rail. Looks great
Nathan showed up early, had all of the tools he needed and did more than an excellent job! We will use him on many projects to come! Thank you Nathan the cabinet crown molding looks awesome!!
I needed Mike to repair some water damage to exterior cabinet doors. Quality, excellent. Very much on time, Mike showed up on time and returned on time. It was nice that he takes cabinet doors to his work shop, and not constantly kneeling down to repair problem. As all other contractors wanted to do. I believe therefore the quality of workmanship is much better. Time wise, about a week, but this was discussed in advance. Mike had doors repaired and in back in place by deadline. All went well. Would, I use Mike again? Absolutely!
We had an 8' cabinet (two 4 ft sections) that actually fell off our laundry room wall. Charlie rebuilt the cabinets for us and explained that the back of the original cabinets had been plywood and eventually couldn't hold the weight of the contents (which really wasn't that much) and thus caused the cabinets to pull away from the wall. Anyway, Charlie has years of cabinet making experience and explained exactly what needed to be done to rebuild the cabinets, make them stronger and re-install them. He was easy to work with and we are delighted with his finished work. We are happy to recommend him to anyone who needs new cabinets or cabinet repairs.
We found Bellecreek Handymen through Thumbtack.com. Within hours of our inquiry they contacted us, scheduled an appointment for a consultation and within a week the work began. So far they've installed crown molding, wainscoting, painted our breakfast nook, and added chair rail in our home and it's beautiful; it's everything we asked for but better than we expected. They are very professional and pay close attention to detail. They don't rush just to get something done and take pride in what they do; their customer's satisfaction is very important. If there's an issue they gladly come back to fix it. We are looking forward to using them for future projects and wish them nothing but success...way to go guys!
Olga and Dimitri are great! They are doing many projects for us: stairway, balusters, newels, railings. They did a great job on those. Now I'm having them install my flooring and kitchen. Highly recommend!
Sam did an excellent job installing new crown molding in our kitchen. I would recommend his work to everyone and will use Sam again in the future if the need arises.
Thomas did a great job on our crown molding and light rail for our cabinets, I will use him again for sure!! Great work at a fair price!
Bryan is meticulous about his work. Our baseboards and crown molding turned out beautifully and were beyond my expectations. He made sure we were completely satisfied with results. I will call him again in the future for similar carpentry projects around the house.
I hit the jackpot finding Maurice! I bought a townhouse that needed some renovating. My original plan was to remove popcorn ceiling, remove wall paper, paint, remove tile floor and lay carpet, upgrade tiled fireplace and tiled window seat. I knew I would need to coordinate the different jobs, while sticking to a tight timeline of one month. I happened upon Superior Floors while looking for someone to remove tile. During our first phone call, I explained my plan and found out he could do all of my projects. I was ecstatic!! From the moment I met him, I could tell he was passionate and very knowledgeable about his job. He noticed the mismatched texture on the walls (two other painters didn't notice), gave suggestions, and was very creative in designing the fireplace. I added a few things to the project (install/wire ceiling fans, new flooring in the bathroom, upgrade interior doors) when we met and was assured they would be done in time. After they started working and I saw progress, I became excited and asked about doing a few other things that I had planned for the future during this renovation (new bathroom cabinets for both bathrooms, new countertops, new lighting fixtures, and granite countertops for the bathroom and kitchen). Though I knew I was adding more work and possibly delaying my timeline, he accepted the challenge. Maurice kept in constant contact throughout the entire project. He kept me within budget and he maintained my one month timeline, even with the added projects!! I was very lucky everything was delivered on time or early. The finished project is amazing and I love my "new" place! I have already had him back to make my laundry space more functional. He did a great job with this too! I will be hiring him again to retile the master shower and guest bath. He is personable, professional, and thorough. He does a fantastic job and does it right the first time, he does not cut corners. I really liked his excitement and design ideas throughout the project. I highly recommend Maurice with Superior Floors! It was my first experience with a contractor, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
I had crown molding installed throughout my house. They were very efficient and it looks great. Would definitely hire for other jobs.
Brett was prompt and reasonably priced. He did a great job on our crown molding job. I would highly recommend Brett and will use him again!
We had basement flood where we had an inch of standing water. Prior to this job, I had dried-out the basement carpet, which had no pad, using 9 carpet fans/air-movers and 3 dehumidifiers, however, wanted to check the walls for moisture/mold/mildew. The job included removing baseboards and carpet, inspecting sheetrock for mold or mildew, and mitigating any issues. Henry was very professional and experienced in basement flood mitigation. He reviewed the process with us before doing the work. He did an excellent job identifying whether we had mold or mildew and mitigating the issue. I would recommend Henry for anyone needing this type of job.
Jason & Tammie did a fantastic job on our kitchen cabinet crown molding and some misc trim elsewhere in kitchen. Would hire them again.
This company did incredible work with my cabinets, crown molding, backsplash. Awesome craftsmanship and dedication to my project!
Tyler Gady is wonderful! So far he has installed crown molding for me, hung doors, including custom fit double doors, hung a medicine cabinet and light fixture, and installed base molding. We are planning more work because we're so thrilled with what he has done to improve our home. He comes to work on time, is so pleasant, works hard and his work is just beautiful. He even liked my two terriers and they absolutely loved him. I would highly recommend him.
Frank was very flexible and extremely helpful with our projects. He gave us great tips for our do-it-yourself projects and he did an amazing job on the adding of crown molding to our kitchen cabinets and hanging new doors. We'll be calling him again definitely!
The job greatly expanded over time because he did such a fabulous job on the first work order, which was to do all of the construction remediation in a badly flooded basement: drywall repair, painting, replacing damaged floor molding, replacing pad and carpet. I cannot recall the square footage of the basement now, as the house was sold some months ago. Then, I hired him to help get the house fixed up for sale. The house is about 2900 square feet. He painted the entire interior, replaced the carpet, had all the numerous windows cleaned (in and out, including a 450 square foot sunroom with a two story glass ceiling) he fixed all the interior woodwork. In addition to all that he basically oversaw the sale of the remnants of an estate sale while there was no one else there to help me. This was all done with exceptional craftsmanship and timeliness. Even in a very hot real estate market, I honestly believe that the house sold as quickly and for the price it did was due to the work that Joe did. Joe is as honest as the day is long. We have become friends as a result of these many projects and I can truly say that the only good thing that came out of the events leading up to the need for this work to be done was meeting Joe. If you need any of the many services that Joe can provide, you would be foolish not to hire him.
I would highly recommend Burdette Trim (John). We recently had him install crown moulding and wainscoting in our dining room. He was professional, prompt and responsive, but most importantly, his work was practically flawless. All of the cuts and joints were perfect and the project turned out extremely well. He does not caulk/fill holes/paint/stain (we knew that ahead of time), but since I am experienced with this it was not a problem. I have included a couple of pictures of his great work, my painting, and our halfway decorated dining room! John is very talented. I would definitely recommend him and Burdette Trim.
