I enthusiastically endorce Versell Wells as a personal trainer. When I met Versell, none of business suits fit. I had simply gained weight from lack of excersize and eating the wrong foods. I knew I had to make a choice. I could either spend my money on super sized clothes and keep on gaining weight. Or, I could spend money on a fitness trainer who could motivate me to eat right and train right. A trusted friend recommended Versell. I'm glad she did. Versell has been working with me for six months now. We stated with an exercise inventory and a food inventory. He started with where I was at and moved me forward. Versell kept me honest and motivated. In December, I tore my MCL in a skiing accident. I feared my previous efforts would be lost. Because Versell's knowledge of human physiology and athletic injuries, he was able adjust and keep me moving forward while I continue to heal. Thanks Versell. You're the best. And you cost less than a new wardrobe!!

Working with For them Gainz Fitness has been an amazing experience. Since starting with Berto my fitness, nutrition and physical abilities have dramatically improved. Jennifer is a true role model to anyone that wants to lose weight and change their life. The fact that she was able to lose 100 lbs. and achieve such a high fitness level without resorting to surgery, fad diets or flash in the pan fitness trends is amazing. She has incredible knowledge of fitness and nutrition, both through real world experience and the classroom setting. I am a mom and a wife with a demanding career and a very busy life style. So for a long time I had nothing but excuses as to why I could not get to the gym. After discussions with my doctor about high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and my overall health at 40+ years old I decided that I had to stop making excuses. In August 2015 I joined a gym, started working with a trainer, have made changes to my nutrition and workout faithfully 6 days per week. I started training with Jerome about a year ago. He called me before our first training session and I immediately sensed his enthusiasm and passion for fitness. That being said, I don’t like change and was a little hesitant. However, it did not take long for me to realize how amazing and knowledgeable this man was. The longer I worked with Jerome I also realized that not only was he knowledgeable but he genuinely cared about me as person and my fitness journey. He has been programming workouts of resistance training and cardio that work for me and my goals, I am doing things in the gym that I did not think I could ever do. I love my workouts and my time in the gym, it is my time and it is only about me!! My nutrition has always been OK but Jerome has been helping me fine tune a few things, like increasing my daily calories. I thought increase my calories to lose weight? He walked me through the benefits and the why’s and I did it because I TRUST him. Being diligent with my workouts and following the programs that Jerome outlined for me combined with those small tweaks to my nutrition has equaled success for me. This journey has not always been fun or easy, it has taken a lot of hard work and dedication but I would not change a single thing about it. Recently I had my monthly weigh in and I am proud to say that I lost another 6 lbs., down a total of 40 lbs. and two pant sizes. Numbers aside, I feel great. No more high blood pressure or cholesterol, my energy has increased and I am more confident in all aspects of my life. Jerome continues to challenge and push me but never at the expense of form or safety, while using positive reinforcement and a little tough love when I need it. Jerome, I can’t THANK YOU enough for your patience, knowledge, kindness, and commitment. I look forward to continuing this journey with you my friend.

Mark gives good advice about nutrition and leads you through a challenging workout, always keeping a close eye on form to prevent injury. Mike comes with more knowledge and experience in personal training than anyone I've trained with- a knowledge that goes beyond just working out. He taught me life-changing concepts on mobility, strength, and balance that I desperately needed in my training. I am competitor, a mom, and a personal trainer myself and Mike is the person I will always go to for advice on my physical fitness no matter where I'm at in my training goals. This guy is more than a personal trainer. He's a coach! Coaches get RESULTS. And that's what he does. He also cares about the person. When I have trained with him. It didn't just feel like a workout. It was a training session where my needs and wants where getting met. He has a great amount of knowledge in the fitness profession. But most importantly he has a BIG HEART. I strongly urge anyone with a goal and needs to feel heard to train with Donny.

I started looking for a trainer early last summer. Karisa was very prompt in contacting me and we discussed her training program and my needs. I'm on a different road than most people as I was diagnosed with cancer in 2013 and pre-diabetes in late 2015. The cancer meds are taking it's toll on my bone density and when I discovered I am pre-diabetic I knew I had to change my nutrition plan. I did not know much about nutrition so changing my diet caused rapid and extreme weight and muscle loss. I knew I was headed for a lot of trouble and I needed professional help. This is when I started my search for a trainer and I am so thankful I found Karisa! She is very knowledgeable in nutrition/diet, working out and strength training. Karisa has a lot of expertise, is professional, upbeat, challenging, motivating and has a true passion for what she does. She is so positive and inspiring. Proper form for best results is very important to her. Her workouts are challenging and she is so encouraging. After each session, Karisa would provide me with a workout plan for the week which was so helpful! I started seeing results after the first few sessions with Karisa. I'm stronger, I feel healthier and have more energy and stamina. It's amazing how toned my muscles are. I don't think I have ever been in such great shape as I am now. If you are looking for an awesome trainer, Karisa should be at the top of your list. Believe me, she will meet all of your needs and more than your expectations! Thank you Karisa!

I was hesitant to work with a personal trainer because I am an athlete by background, and I thought I knew enough about my body to train myself (or just participate in group fitness classes). You simply don't get the same results-- you easily plateau on your own and in group classes. I wanted to be my healthiest self, so I decided to work with a personal trainer. I started with Priscilla and Camp MissFits in July 2015. In August I walked my first 5k! The small classes are perfect because you really get a sense of being among friends. The coaches are awesome and are always quick to give me modifications based on my fitness level. Highly recommend.

I have been at STAC for 5 years training with Christine Herr. She keeps me motivated and in shape. She works my entire body including weight training and cardio in 1 private session. I also attend her classes. They are extremely reasonable in price for a great workout. Plus, they are available almost everyday of the week. Chris is now working with me during my first pregnancy. I'm confident that my labor will be easier and healthier due to my training. In general, STAC is a clean and comfortable facility with the latest and greatest equipment and techniques. People of all ages and levels train at STAC, so it never feels intimidating. Thanks STAC!

I have been doing group fitness classes with Brad for about 7 months and love it! I like that Brad has a great personality and is very encouraging. He makes the class fun and is always switching up the work-outs. As a breast cancer survivor Brad has really help me to re-gain upper body strength. I have more energy and the pounds are slowly melting away.
