Both days he arrived later, even after calling the first day to say he was going to be later than the appointment. He had a helper on the first day, we overheard a serious argument between them in our kitchen. First thing they both requested upon arrival was to use our bathroom. On one side of our tile backsplash installation, he did not add the metal strip for a finished look. Upon my request, he did add the metal strip the next day, but it does not look as professionally finished as if he had done it correctly to start.
