I wasn't working with Lisa, I was working with Jenn (the owner) but unfortunately I did not have a good experience. I set my clear and concise expectations from the beginning but they were never able to meet them. I have pets (dogs and cats) in my home and after they would perform their weekly cleaning, there would still be hair left by the floorboards and on top of surfaces. When I asked about getting discrepancies corrected the first time (I wasn't happy with the cleaning and then only cleaned the upstairs of my house, not the finished basement like we had discussed) I was told they didn't have the time to come back to correct it and they would do better the following week. The next week they cleaned the entire house but the attention to detail items (hair by floorboards, streaks on stove top, didn't dust a desk and night stand) were still not taken care of. The next week they came out, they did a better job but only cleaned half of the house again along with still not vacuuming by the floorboards and when confronted, Jenn told me that my level of cleaning would cost me more money. They did give me a military discount but would only give me an additional $10 off when they only cleaned half of the house. Very disappointed and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Tim, I am sorry to hear about your experience with Jenn! I hope that you were able to find someone who was able to meet your needs and I only wish I had the opportunity to try and make you happy! Jenn is no longer a franchise owner and has gone a different direction. I wish you the best.
