"I have gone to Hannah for both nutritional services and also massage therapy. Over the past few years, I came to terms with the fact that I don't have a great relationship with good (a lot of it was shame based). I told Hannah my concerns regarding my eating habits and what kind of "lifestyle" I wanted for myself, and she helped me make it happen! She helped me recognize how certain foods made me feel (she walked me through my first Whole30 and was encouraging every step of the way!) and emphasized that the quality of the food you eat is so much more important than the amount of calories you intake.
For massage therapy: I have chronic pain that has been worsened over the years due to chronic illness and some dry needling gone wrong. Because of this, my posture and muscles have suffered. She focuses on my "problem areas" and helps me focus on relaxing my body and moving away from stress.
Obviously, I've had phenomenal results with Hannah. She showed me the building blocks I needed regarding my nutrition, and she's consistently helping my body recognize what relaxed feels like versus chronically tense. 10/10 would recommend to everyone!"
