"I started training with Noreen three months ago and my attitude and perspective on life has changed tremendously. Since I’ve started training with Noreen I have been dropping not only weight and body fat but I have also been losing inches. This passed month I have incorporated kickboxing with her husband Berto which is a killer and amazing way to do incorporate cardio. My confidence has built and so has my motivation on life. These two individuals are the most humble people you can ever meet and they want nothing but to see you succeed. They have a lot of patience and understand the everyone starts at different places so they work with you. I have finally dropped down to a weight that I don’t even remember being and with the excitement of Noreen, Berto, and myself I, I have more desire to keep working on my goals."

"I have had the pleasure of working with Alex in person and online! During our 2 months together in person, he was extremely encouraging and really accommodating. He created work out plans that worked with my body and helped achieve the results that I wanted! Not only did I lose 10 pounds, but I also lost 6% body fat! Due to work reasons, I was no longer able to go weekly so we have been working with online training to maintain and continue my weight loss and muscle gain! I wholeheartedly recommend Alex for personal training and I hope you get to enjoy the same training I have! Thanks so much Alex!"

"I have worked with many personal trainers over the years with varied success. Then I meet Daria and without a doubt it was one of the best decisions I've made. I had plateaued in my weight loss and was fortunate to meet her. She took the time to understand my nutrition and workout habits. She tailored a plan that worked for me. It kept me motivated and allowed me to meet my goals. 50lbs lost & the best part is, she gave me the tools to maintain a healthy lifestyle long term. I highly recommend Daria to anyone who wants to get fit and live healthy. You won't be dis appointed."

"I enthusiastically endorce Versell Wells as a personal trainer. When I met Versell, none of business suits fit. I had simply gained weight from lack of excersize and eating the wrong foods. I knew I had to make a choice. I could either spend my money on super sized clothes and keep on gaining weight. Or, I could spend money on a fitness trainer who could motivate me to eat right and train right. A trusted friend recommended Versell. I'm glad she did. Versell has been working with me for six months now. We stated with an exercise inventory and a food inventory. He started with where I was at and moved me forward. Versell kept me honest and motivated. In December, I tore my MCL in a skiing accident. I feared my previous efforts would be lost. Because Versell's knowledge of human physiology and athletic injuries, he was able adjust and keep me moving forward while I continue to heal. Thanks Versell. You're the best. And you cost less than a new wardrobe!!"

"Everything has changed for the better since I met Tara and began pilates, which has been my first experience with it. The positive effects on my body and mind are exceptional, and it’s been more impactful than the other exercise I do. In fact, pilates informs the stuff I do in the gym. I’ve actually reduced the heaviness of weights, but with much better form and mindfulness, I am getting a better workout with less soreness, which I used to think was great (post-gym pain). Same for stair stepper, which was trashing my hips until Tara showed me how to step correctly. I’ve decreased both the speed and time on the stair stepper, but feel stronger and more energized after doing it. The other day in the gym after I got off the stair stepper someone said to me, “You are a machine. I can’t do that for 2 minutes.” But the old boost I would have gotten to my ego didn’t happen. The comment surprised me and prompted me to consider what I want to get out of that activity, and it is not for people to notice me or a feeling that I came off it completely spent. It is interesting to me that my old objectives for exercise have changed a lot and quickly. How I define fitness is morphing away from others’ definitions.to my own. I want to generate and store energy ; I don’t want to deplete myself by working out until I feel sick or come away feeling bad about myself for not running fast like runners I pass on the trail. So this is what is most astounding: the effect pilates has on my mind and spirit. I walk out of a session feeling a foot taller and much healthier. I am more mindful, and things that would normally trigger a reaction now don’t bother me. And I now can really notice it when my posture or activities are hurting my back or neck, and I can stop doing them. I used to believe “no pain, no gain”. One day in a session I realized that I have believed this about every aspect of my life . But is it true? Does something have to hurt to be worthwhile or effective? Tara ensures I avoid pain in a session (even when I want to work “harder” or say pain is “ok”) because there is muscle memory, so to speak, and training our brains to normalize activity-induced pain is counterproductive. Often after a session, my back feels better than it has in my whole life. Sometimes, it doesn’t, and that is okay, too, because it will change again. Tara is much wiser than her years, and seemed to very quickly intuit how my body works as well as my mind. She can always read what is going on with me, and I bet more clearly than I can. Her questions and comments often make me laugh, and reflect on them afterward. Once when I commented that my throat and esophagus were sore from a leg exercise (“What’s my chest got to do with it?”, I demanded), Tara responded with a mischievous chuckle, “What’s my heart got to do with it?” That is now something I ask myself a lot. "Working with Lisa has been such a rewarding experience. I went from feeling so out of shape and intimidated by the gym to feeling proud of the progress and knowledge I’ve gained. Her workouts are never boring and the tailoring she put into my workout and nutrition plan are impressive. Along with getting stronger and losing weight I’ve learned so much from her on nutrition, how the machines work, gym etiquette, correct form and safety. I always feel challenged and her positive energy make working out fun. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to make that first step towards getting fit."
