We have competitors who low-ball pricing for their work, and they do this before they even evaluate the issue! This is understandable to a degree - people sometimes respond to cheap.
But in the case of mission-critical data, or time-sensitive (emergency or urgent) recovery, our focus is doing the job correctly first, and then do our best to be competitive with pricing.
We spend as much time as it takes, to get your data restores safely. Seriously. We recovery where others have either failed, or given up, because the amount of time required, exceeds what their promised low-ball pricing will allow them.
We also have the largest inventory of drives and parts on hand, as replacing parts becomes necessary in cases of damaged hardware. The low-ballers only have so much time, and so much room for acquiring parts when needed, built in to their costs. When that low threshold is reached, they're done. Or they're calling you with unexpected news of higher pricing than was first promised.
We put the data first. And it's only after an evaluation (at no cost to you) that we provide a firm and realistic quote - so there are ever any surprises at the end, or in the middle of a job. You approve the quote before any work is started. And are charged only AFTER the work is complete, and your data is recovered.
