I am still training with Justin but in the time that I have trained with him, he has been very encouraging and I feel so comfortable with working with him. He doesn't ever make you feel bad about progress and his focus really is on getting a healthier you. He is becoming one of my favorite people to see in the week.

I have been training with Berto for going on four months now. I am so pleased with the results. I have more energy, I'm more productive and driven. And of course my body (booty especially) looks awesome! I am taking a vacation in August and I am so flippin excited to strut around in a bikini and feel so confident in the tone and muscle I have gained and continue to gain every week. Daria is an amazing trainer! She doesn't make you do anything she doesn't think you can handle but you also get a really great work out in! She is super affordable as well and a super awesome person! I highly recommend you check it out!!
I don't know where to begin with a review for Jerome (Osmosis Fitness). There are so much positive things to say! I have had the most positive experience from the start when I've decided to change myself in fitness. I have never worked with a personal trainer before and to be honest, I wasn't sure if I wanted to move forward with it. I am glad I did and I feel it was the best decision I've made for my fitness by picking Jerome to work with me. From my first contact with Jerome I can tell I have made the right choice. He made me feel at ease with moving forward working with a personal trainer since I have never worked with one before and he was able to answer all of my questions. Jerome has years of experience, a firm schooling background and a good track record based on other reviews so I thought "Why not give this a try?" He personalized / designed my program based on my fitness goals. Jerome is also patient, communicates well and has a high level of professionalism. He always encourages me to be the better me and pushes me during my workout sessions. I am happy to be on my way to my fitness goals. Overall, I am extremely pleased with my decision and Jerome is a great personal trainer.
After losing close to 150 lbs. over 18 months with Weight Watchers, I started training with Dana at the beginning of October 2015. I had lost the weight but had done no strength training prior to that point. Dana asked the right questions and immediately got me working on strengthening my core and building muscle mass that I had never really had before. With the massive weight loss, I had to relearn movement, balance and more. Dana has tailored my training plan to accomplish this successfully. She educated me on proper nutrition with specific instructions on protein and carbohydrate intake in conjunction with Weight Watchers. The difference I have seen since that time has been fantastic. Working with Dana Ive seen my body weight continue to drop while my lean muscle mass has increased. Im seeing the toning and definition that I hoped for. My massage therapist has commented on the difference shes seen in my muscle tone and the strengthening of various muscle groups due to the workout program Dana laid out for me. I know this difference is because of the guidance and encouragement from Dana over this time. Im also a runner, having completed two Half Marathons since December 2015. With the core and endurance training Dana has put me through, Ive cut over 3 minutes per mile off of my running pace in the last 3 months. Her style is direct and honest, which I appreciate. She doesnt pull her punches and doesnt sugar coat things. That makes a world of difference when your focus is actually seeing noticeable results. At the same time, shes been extremely supportive and encouraging since day 1. I know that the progress Ive made physically and in my self-confidence are directly related to the instruction, guidance and support Dana has given me. If you want results from a trainer that knows how to achieve definable and measureable goals, you need to work with Dana and give her 100% of your effort. You will see results. You will feel better and stronger. I'm happy to provide this review based on all the changes I've seen working with Dana.
Mark is awesome! He keeps the sessions interesting by always switching up each exercise routine so you never feel like you're doing the same old stuff. He pushes you to do more but not in the intimidating, in-your-face kind of way but a really pleasant manner. It is a very gradual progression and he keeps your expectations in check. His resistance training has made us stronger and have better balance. Mark keeps track of every exercise you do so he can gauge what levels you can handle. He is careful about not aggravating injuries and modifies exercises to accommodate them. You can train in a great little gym which is never crowded. Overall, he's a lot fun and highly recommended.
I trained with Jason for approximately 2 years before he moved to LA. Jason is a dedicated and motivated professional that provided me with an excellent personal training experience with results. He is very skilled and knowlegable about fitness and nutrition. He can create a program for anyone of any age and at any fitness level. I would highly recommend him.

What I like most about training with Josh is that he knows how to get results safely. I tweaked my back during a workout, so I sought out a trainer to help me work through it, and Josh has done just that. His recently updated studio is awesome, too. And the workouts are interesting and keep me engaged.
I've only just started working out with Michael, but I love it! He knows his stuff, he pushes me, encourages me, and talks with me during training so the time flies and I have fun! Most importantly, I get the vibe that he actually really cares and that I'm not just another number or dollar sign - he really takes time to talk to me to help me understand what I need to do to achieve my goals. Not many trainers are like that and not many take so much time and effort into their clients like Michael. I can't wait to see where the rest of our journey takes us!

I started looking for a trainer early last summer. Karisa was very prompt in contacting me and we discussed her training program and my needs. I'm on a different road than most people as I was diagnosed with cancer in 2013 and pre-diabetes in late 2015. The cancer meds are taking it's toll on my bone density and when I discovered I am pre-diabetic I knew I had to change my nutrition plan. I did not know much about nutrition so changing my diet caused rapid and extreme weight and muscle loss. I knew I was headed for a lot of trouble and I needed professional help. This is when I started my search for a trainer and I am so thankful I found Karisa! She is very knowledgeable in nutrition/diet, working out and strength training. Karisa has a lot of expertise, is professional, upbeat, challenging, motivating and has a true passion for what she does. She is so positive and inspiring. Proper form for best results is very important to her. Her workouts are challenging and she is so encouraging. After each session, Karisa would provide me with a workout plan for the week which was so helpful! I started seeing results after the first few sessions with Karisa. I'm stronger, I feel healthier and have more energy and stamina. It's amazing how toned my muscles are. I don't think I have ever been in such great shape as I am now. If you are looking for an awesome trainer, Karisa should be at the top of your list. Believe me, she will meet all of your needs and more than your expectations! Thank you Karisa!
Tyler is an excellent trainer. He listens to your needs and comes prepared with a wide variety of exercises. Each session is different and builds day to day. I loved that Tyler was easy to talk to and I enjoyed going in to training sessions. They were difficult but I always felt stronger afterwards. I recommend Tyler to anyone looking for personalized training!
The training here is the real deal. You may think you know but you don't know! I thought I was in good shape and my first time in I was TESTED. Great Program! Exactly what I needed!
I was unable to secure a time with Tom. The issue seemed to be around his availabilty. He initially wanted only weekday hours for training which didn't work for me as an adult with a traditional full time schedule. We then had a brief conversation about finding a Saturday AM time when he found out he could only rent lanes at his rec center at very restricted times. I was pleased about trying to find a Sat AM appointment but then Tom lost contact all together. There don't appear to be many swim instructors for adults in the area and I think given his background Tom could have a very robust business but it is going to require off hour availability as the majority of adults who have enough expendable income for a swim coach will work more traditional schedules.
Steven does a great job of changing the work outs each week so the exercises stay new and the sessions are never boring. He is kind and motivating and genuinely cares about my fitness goals. He helps me stay motivated by encouraging me to work out and eat healthy. I have 2 kids, so making time to get to the gym is a challenge, but when Steven comes to the house for training, there's no excuse not to get my training done. He has made exercise and eating well a regular occurrence for my busy life. I have slept better since working out with Steven and I really appreciate all that he has done to help me feel better physically and mentally!
The times that I've worked out at Summit have been great. Cora really takes the time to work with you, especially with no judgement. I worked out with her a few times post op and really struggled, but she still took the time to slow things down and really help me get the correct form down. She also really helped me learn how to lift correctly, such as lifting with the legs and not the back. I've now managed to lose about 13 pounds and cut down my fat massively. Now, I'm starting to "bulk" a bit before I start to cut again in a month or two. Cora really takes the time to not only write out new exercises if I want to change my workout up, but also provides a workout that makes you comfortable in doing all while improving your body to reach your goals. I've included a before and after picture to show you exactly what Cora and I have accomplished while training together.
