I was disappointed because we’d asked for deep cleaning. To me, that means tile floors scrubbed, shower floor scrubbed, bath scrubbed, including the rope ledges of the tubs, kitchen sinks scrubbed, toilet bowls scrubbed. None or little of this was done, at least to my eye. Dusting was OK, but little high dusting.
My ideal house cleaner would not require much supervision. That person has been hard to find.

Thank you Susan for your honest review. If I did not meet the mark at any given point in my professional career, I always evaluate what I could do better so I can improve my services for future clients.
This is the first clean that made me realize I should charge a flat fee based upon the number of hours utilized with a focus on both standard and deep cleaning, depending on the condition of the home. Simple and easy to remember, follow, and focus on with future cleans.
Some homes I have serviced have a mixture of both standard and deep cleaning, and with a variety from more standard cleaning than deep cleaning all the way to the max deep cleaning with minimal standard cleaning.
I have found that this method is much more successful in retaining clients that need more than one visit and I really do have to thank you for this review in order to understand this is an easier process to follow and remember when charging for cleans.
