Introduction: I am a certified teacher and taught in the public school system for over 13 years. I am also a certified dyslexia screener. I am able to identify a student with dyslexia and I use a specialized reading and spelling system that was developed especially for people with dyslexia but can be used by anybody who is struggling with reading. What I like most about my job is when I get emails from parents, teachers, and principals telling me about the great progress and successes that they're experiencing with the students that I've worked with and asking me what I'm doing to get those results.

My pricing is $45 for a 50 minute session. Payment must be made in advance of the tutoring.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free consultation where I will assess the student's reading and spelling abilities. I also do an educational review so I can get to know the student and a little about their learning style and personality.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master's degree in curriculum and instruction and have over 13 years of experience. I am also a certified dyslexia screener since 2015.
