- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I give free consultations for new customers. My rate is $50/hr. initially and then a new flat fee would be established thereafter. Other rates apply for training or more advanced analytics.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I sit down and discuss the customer's pain points that relate to accounting or finances. I then determine if I am a good fit to help bring solutions. If I am not, I will be completely honest and tell them. My process once engaged is to review current set of financials, processes and workflows and see if I can implement efficiency in any way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?BS degree in Accounting. I also have a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor certificate.
