I have been working with Casey for a little over 2 months now, and my experience with her has been absolutely wonderful. I've already lost almost 25 pounds and 11% body fat, and I'm training for a half marathon. More importantly than that, I'm regaining self-confidence and learning how to take better care of myself as a whole person. I can't wait to see what goals I accomplish with her in the future, and I can't recommend her to others highly enough.
Jennifer is a true role model to anyone that wants to lose weight and change their life. The fact that she was able to lose 100 lbs. and achieve such a high fitness level without resorting to surgery, fad diets or flash in the pan fitness trends is amazing. I've been training with Dominic every week for the last 4 years. The strength training helps keep me healthy and has improved my endurance with long distance running. The variety in the workouts we do (never the same one twice!) and the positive accountability keeps me coming back! I would highly recommend him to anyone who'd like to improve and maintain their health.

Daniel is a great trainer. He listens to what you want to accomplish and helps you achieve it. He makes sure I'm ready for spring yard work, keeps my back and hips strong with strength exercises and makes it fun. On a whim, we set a goal for me to climb a rope on my 60th birthday. I did it! I've worked with Daniel for several years and followed him through 3 gyms. He's the best.

Jesse is the best trainer. His knowledge, expertise and enthusiasm creates a fantastic workout that is always challenging and fun. He tailors each workout and educates you throughout the work out to make sure you have proper technique to maximize results while preventing injuries. Absolutely worth it!

Tyler Necaise has been helping me with physical training and rehab for the past year. I had a 3 disc back surgery fusion in March of 2016. I have lost 10 pounds since we started working together. James Ball is training my 10 yr old son Tony, who is a multi sport athlete. James is one of the best performance trainers we have worked with. His first focus was making sure my Tony had correct form and healthy posture, to maximize his performance and most importantly to make sure he wouldn't damage muscles as he grows. James is very thorough and detailed with a large emphasis on building core strength, and activating all muscle groups. He also has a gift for connecting with adults as well as young athletes. He has strong skills in teaching, discipline, and motivating tony. James understands the mind of young athletes from his experience being a decathlete in college. I have complete trust in James and look forward to watching tony's growth continue.

I have worked with Paul consistently for many years . Before Paul’s help , I was getting injured working out on my own. Paul started a new program which has evolved over the the years as my strength and endurance has improved. I am in much better shape and the injuries have been curtailed. Addison is a great CrossFit coach and personal trainer! He consistently helps new members prepare for CrossFit through one-on-one training while successfully teaching a range of techniques; from Olympic lifting and exercise progressions to mobility and proper range of motion. He also fluidly coaches classes of 5-10 people while also providing individualized recommendations and corrections. He has been a great coach and trainer!!! Would recommend to anyone and everyone.
