I spoke with Zeb from The Vine Plumbing the day I signed up with Thumbtack. He was at my house within an hour or so. We did what we thought we needed to on day one, and was back for a second visit a day or so later, and fixed everything up perfectly! I have hot water and we didn't need to replace the water heater after all! I was so excited. Zeb was friendly and honest and wasn't just looking to make a buck, and that means a lot to me!
