Tile Installation and Replacement
Chelsea was very professional and worked hard to get the job to my specificationsOct 25, 2019Verified
I requested availability within the next three days. When I called them they said that they were not available for several weeks to get an estimate, and for more than a month to get the job done.Jul 2, 2019Verified
Drywall Repair and Texturing
Had a patch "fixed" on my roof / ceiling around 2 years ago, started leaking the year after and now it looks just as bad. Ended up fixing it myself rather than paying more to get it done again. Edit: Patch job didn't look that good on the inside from the start as you saw, the roof portion I repaired was done how other handymen / roofers recommended and has held up better.Aug 8, 2017Verified
Floor Installation or Replacement
The sent a convict to my house to complete the job. They knew I was in law enforcement.May 5, 2016VerifiedThe Wellness Construction Group's reply
Karen I just wanted to make certain and address this concern. I apologize that the man we employed was a "convict." We give all employees a working interview and normally take them at their word as to their background while we wait for the actual report. This has not been an issue until you pointed out that he had a record. We have since corrected this and now do the working interviews after they are cleared. His crime was not one of a violent nature, but I understand your concern and I can only offer my sincere apologies. Being in law enforcement I understand your position and respect it.
I just moved in my first house, and was contacted by Sean on Thumbtack. He is professional, timely, and responsive to all emails. He is honest, forthcoming, and I appreciated his efficiency while not overlooking quality. He and his team installed new wood floors, lighting fixtures/fans, cabinet hardware, and more, all under a pretty tight deadline. I am already getting some more services lined up, and prices are good. I highly recommend Sean!Jul 5, 2015Verified
License Type: Contractor - Pikes Peak (CO)
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? There are too many scenarios to list.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Just research. Lots and lots of reading.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?My father. Growing up we couldnt afford to hire things out so we did everything ourselves. If a family member or friend was in need we would always assist them. I enjoy helping people.
