Life is so much more fun when you're fit. I will help you get the most out of your time and your workout. What I like most about my job as a fitness trainer and yoga instructor is showing/teaching others how to get and stay fit. I love seeing the transformation in their bodies and their spirits. Physical fitness boosts your self esteem and really every facet of your life. I love getting to know my clients. I work with a wide variety of ages from teenagers to seniors and am often inspired by my clients.

I have been taking a Yogalates class with Patty for several months now. I love her style, she talks us through EACH movement. She doesn't always get down on the mat but rather observes her students to make sure we are using the correct form while always reminding us to honor our bodies. She is always early and approachable for people to ask questions. She is great about remembering names and getting to know her students. She has that healing touch, is truly caring and you know she's there because of her passion for her craft. She sometimes will give us tidbits of health hints that she has read. One morning for example she told us how important a "healthy spine" is to our overall health. I enjoy her class very much and can feel the results both physically and mentally. Love Patty!

Patty Bayman came into my life approximately seven months ago with the intent of teaching how to lose weight, along with strength training and healthier eating. She is very motivated, very organized and knowledgeable with all health related items in life. She is a rare find and anyone she comes in touch with is very lucky to have her. I have been through many experiences in life and she reminded me that no matter what we go through, healthier, stronger minded beliefs are possible! Patty is knowledgeable in strength training, pillattes and yoga..We started off the program with individual measurements so we could visually see the results along with the scale. (basically a starting point) We measured the results bi-monthly so we could adjust accordingly. She can adjust to personal injuries within groups or individual training. I had contact with her 2-3 days a week and she always came with the schedule and time frame in mind. On the other days of the week, Patty would txt, call or leave a list of things to do the other four days of the week. I have lost weight, gotten stronger and more flexible, and made my mind believe again.. I can't believe I found someone to change my life, she truly is a blessing.

It is a workout and so great for strength and flexibility. Best Yoga class!!!

I have had the pleasure of Patty being my trainer 3 days a week in my home for the last 6 months. It was a pleasure working with her. Patty is an amazing individual and if you are ever given the opportunity to cross paths with her jump on it. She will bring fitness, nutrition and self motivation to your world.   • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    In order to stay certified as a fitness trainer and yoga instructor I have to stay up to date on continuing education. I keep up to date with my certification requirements and also stay current because I enjoy it. I take workshops when I can and read current articles on health and fitness.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    My advice is to make sure you choose a trainer you feel comfortable with. Choose a trainer that appreciates the commitment you are making and puts you at ease but challenges you so that you can reach your goals.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    I would like my clients to know that I have put a lot of time and effort into becoming a versatile and great trainer and yoga and Pilates instructor. I continue learning and my interests grows every year. This is my passion. I have been studying and keeping fit my whole life. Sharing this passion brings me joy and a sense of purpose.
