Danielle came out to clean a living room and stairs for me. It's a high traffic area and needed cleaning badly. The area doubles as a lobby for my wife's business so it is very important it be kept spotless. Danielle did an awesome job, very polite, very thorough and worked quickly. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We price by the room. It is easier than asking for exact square footage. Larger rooms cost more. Pet urine treatments can be either inexpensive for mild treatment (around $40) moderate$100-200, or severe pet urine contamination ($350 or more). Please let us know if you are military or first responder, senior, Angie'sList member or if you were referred by a property management company as these are eligible for a discount. Please know that the discounts don't stack, but you will get the larger of the discounts you qualify for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Usually we will get a phone call or an email. We will either give a phone quote or set up a time for an onsite quote. If the customer decides to schedule with us we will set up an arrival window and do the work. The technicians will call when they are on the way to the home or business. Payment is due at time of service on residential cleaning. Invoicing on a net 30 is an option for commercial clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I cleaned carpet for several years and was trained by an industry veteran. I have taken multiple classes and workshops and I have been certified in many cleaning methods. I am an IICRC Certified Master Textiue Cleaner, a Journeyman Fire and Water Damage Restorer. I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Project Management and I mentor other cleaners including my competitors.
