Part of our job is to offer clients facilities to relieve stress in their day-to-day life. That is why our prices include all fees and costs related to the project that we are going to carry out.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love knowing our clients by name and also that they know us by our names and that we are part of a company that was founded to serve. We want to start a conversation with them, and learn about their concerns, their needs and what they expect from us as a company. We offer free estimates and tips to help them improve their projects and save money. We send all the details of our visit by email or by text message so that they can refer to that information and review our offer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have worked in the cleaning industry (Commercial and Residential) for more than 7 years, helping us to accumulate a solid track record of experiences. We know in depth how is the proper treatment of the wooden floor, carpet, cabinets, etc. We know and study products that will give us the best results in our work. In addition, we stay in constant training knowing the new techniques and trends that we can offer in our services.
