Introduction: I hope you feel that we will be able to do many things together. I am currently working on donation project and CanNabaNIsta Community centers. I have in the pipeline a couple of other projects as well, all dealing with farm to table holistic food. I believe in my heart that we as a DO-Nation, can and will change the way people look at and eat their food, learn from their experiences, and tell the stories, in person around a table with many others. I look at it this way, I love cooking so much that as long as I have a roof over my head, I will cook for free every day of my life. Every penny I make goes into DO-Nation Project and CanNabaNIsta community centers and feeding everyone I can. I am a fine dining sushi chef trained at Ocean Reef club and Setai and Nobu in Miami and Key Largo. We have a few saying, like Food is life. No food, No Life", Shit Food = Shit Life, Amazing Food = Amazing Life. As well as our Main Logo is "We cater your party, then we cater to your party." Everything we make is going to our community centers and indoor and outdoor community gardens, as well as our education and distribution centers for our from farm to festival food trucks we are creating.

Nick is so passionate about his cause. His knowledge is not only interesting but also addicting! Cant wait to see where this all goes! I was fortunate enough to work with Nick at The Blue Star. He was one of the best chefs I have ever worked with.
