Unfortunately, Lloyd was not able to fix my computer. I had a broken latch on my laptop, causing the screen not to be able to remain upright. What he was able to do was to quickly and thoroughly diagnose the problem and, since the computer was under warranty, suggest that I go back to the manufacturer for a repair. Since he could not repair the manufacturer's defect, he did not charge me for his time. He was professional, communicated extremely well and looked at the computer on the day that I brought it to him. I am glad that I found his company and will use him again!
