Other computer repair services said they could fix my problem but it would take one to two weeks. Gary had it done in 24 hours and even did pick-up and delivery. Moreover, he spent time showing us features and methods to prevent the problem in the future. If I ever need computer service again, he's my first call.

While I was deployed, Feb 16, 2013, my laptop, a 17 inch Sony Vaio, fell and the screen shattered. I returned home on Oct. 11, 2013. The following week I did my research and looked around for local computer repair and put out an ad on Thumbtack. Within an hour COMPU10 got the job and called me. Gary was very nice and helpful to me. He called me on Sun Oct 20 and told me the part came in early and that I could have my computer back that day. He also in formed me that there was 1 dead pixel on my screen and even took the time to send me pictures and gave me info on the dead pixel and what the standard was for other computer screens. He was very nice and helpful. We paid the price which was very reasonable for all the work, $180. He his on his way today to give me my laptop. Again, he did an excellent job. Very satisfied.

Overcame a very dangerous virus on my computer with out having to reload Windows and Windows Applications. Make the Geek Squad and Staples Tech Support look like neophytes. You really get good service and tech support from him at a fair price. He was referred to me by some very good technical experts I meet at Pike Peak Community College.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
Computers was a hobby as a teen,over 20 years ago. As my interests grew I began doing course and studying everything I could on the subject. One of my first It jobs was as a System Administrator were I managed a Main Frame network, Unix on Informix architecture, with over 600 users. I spent my time flying between branches and serving the entire company. Later on I was hired to design and build a Microsoft College in the Middle East. This included twelve classrooms and the setup of various Servers and student computers. After that I specialized in Security, where by I completed a CEH Certified-Ethical-Hacker degree. With this knowledge I served various Government agencies, military and corporations such as Local banks etc.
