- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most services I provide are a flat rate fee. However, if the problem is more complex or requires a significant amount of time an additional hourly rate will be added, but I will tell you in advance before that happens. There are NO hidden fees with my services!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I knew I wanted to be an IT technician during high school and I still have the same passion now as I did back then.
