- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I guarantee my marriage counseling with a full money back offer to those who complete the entire program including all personal counseling sessions, assignments.... I provide stand alone counseling sessions for couples and families that are either 90 minutes or 3 hours. I provide in person or online counseling with equally effective results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If a potential clients knows they only need 1 to 3 counseling sessions they will simply book and pay on my website: (www.)CounselorKeith.com/schedule. If a potential client is interested in my Marriage Counseling Program with a Money Back Guarantee or a marriage intensive they will schedule a 30 minute phone call with me to discuss the format, details, scheduling and pricing. All marriage counseling sessions are attended by both spouses. All family counseling is attended by at least parent and the participating children.
