Tom did a wonderful job with our ceremony. We wanted a neutral, non-denomination ceremony, and he did a great job. He was very easy going and understanding throughout all of our interactions. We also did a couple premarital "counseling" sessions which were helpful to focus us amidst the craziness of wedding planning. Our only areas of improvement would be punctuality and record keeping/general organization. His relaxed, free-spirit is great in most circumstances; just make sure you are on task with what needs to be done. Overall, we would recommend him! Our ceremony turned out exactly how we wanted it.

Andrew Vandyke is everything you want in a mental health professional. He listens and doesn't play the out of book type therapy. Forget 12 step, there are much better ways to get and stay sober without having to follow a program that has very little positive outcome. Doc understands the struggle is real. I would recommend his service to anyone who is having mental health issues.

My husband and I went to Justin for counseling at a time when our marriage was really struggling. Justin's approach to therapy was incredibly helpful for us. The insight, guidance and tools he has to offer helped us heal and reconnect but also empowered us to continue to grow our relationship in security and strength. Justin has this demeanor about him that from the moment you sit down with him you feel warmth and comfort as if conversing with a longtime friend along with the confidence that you are being advised by a very wise and caring person. We could not recommend him any higher!

I must admit I was initially skeptical about the idea of couples counseling to begin with- I had a few previous experiences with mediators and counselors that left me feeling misunderstood and like it was a waste of my time. This was definitely NOT the case without Andrew. He was kind, understanding, and was able to cut to the heart of our issues almost immediately and help us to really talk to one another about how we felt. He also gave us homework which was easy to implement and has made a world of difference already- I highly recommend!

I saw Leigh for about a year or so, if my memory is correct. My connection with her was immediate and I instantly felt like she was open and validating to any and all aspects of what I told her. She gently encouraged me to challenge negative thought cycles and to grow, and helped guide me through a very rough spot in my life. We worked together about my depression and anxiety, and I feel as though both have significantly improved as a result of seeing her. I would highly recommend Leigh, especially to people who have never seen a therapist before or have negative experiences with them. She is receptive, encouraging, and immensely warm. I always left her office feeling reassured in my worth as a human being and the validity of my experiences. She has left a lasting mark on my life and I would encourage anyone seeking therapy to seriously consider her.

I received counseling via Skype for over a year with Donya. Due to a childhood with a very critical parent, I struggled for years with self image problems, with a lot of fears, and then married someone with mental illness and addictions. I had received quite a lot of counseling over time, which helped give insight but produced few changes in how I perceived myself, nor in freedom and authenticity in relating to others. Donya approached things differently from previous counselors. She listened to the Lord as much as she listened to me. She spoke what she heard Him say. She often waited until I heard the Lord as well, and together, God revealed bottom line wrong assumptions that trapped me in negative patterns. And so Donya has a great deal of Godly wisdom stemming from knowledge of the Scriptures combined with hearing from the Holy Spirit. She is also well trained and has years of experience as a therapist. I am so grateful to say that through her help I have gained a great deal of self acceptance, fears have been largely reduced, I am relating so much better with others, and above all, i no longer feel like an orphan, but rather a much loved child of God.

Amy is easy to talk to, a good listener, and able to challenge me on things I am not hearing or don’t realize about how I need to handle a situation. She asks questions and ponders “I wonder if you...” more than is direct “you should do x...” — so depends on the style of counselor you like

As a photographer at a wedding that Lauren officiated in Boulder, I have to say that I have never witnessed such a beautiful and personalized wedding ceremony in all the weddings I've attended. She had a graceful presence, a very audible voice and tone, and the most touching, heartfelt words. The guests at the wedding, along with the couple, were laughing one minute and crying the next. It was just so authentic and real - something you don't see with a lot of standard officiants these days. I was wowed, and so were guests and the couple. I heard guests raving about the incredibly beautiful ceremony throughout the entire wedding. It was clear that Lauren really took the time to learn her clients as both individuals and a couple. She sat down with them and communicated with them every step of the way, to make sure the ceremony would be as perfect as they'd imagined. She also gave the couple plenty of options for verbiage to help get them started, and inspire them, and then let them make their choices according to their personal style and their own personal stories. Getting to know her clients and adding a personal flair and touch seems to be Lauren's specialty - and what sets her apart from other bland, less involved, or less dedicated officiants out there. I will never forget that wedding, and it's because the ceremony was so well developed and displayed. You could feel the connections within everyone. You could see the love and hear it. Lauren's officiating is fresh, vibrant, and unique. It really made an impression on everyone attending and set the wedding up to meet an immeasurable standard.

My wife and I met with Jordan for a couple sessions over a weekend. We both came away from our time with him with solid aspects of our marriage to work on and practical methods with which to work on them. We really appreciated how he listened and asked tough questions. Definitely recommend him to others!

Wherever you go, there you are. Well, yeah, that’s obvious enough. Yet, when it comes to the struggles of life, its much harder to admit. Your problems will not go away just by changing jobs, moving away, getting in a new relationship, or rearranging your external circumstances. Even time alone will not heal your heart, make your past or present go away. You need a place to talk through your problems, tell your story, discover the deeper reasons for those struggles. And you need someone you can trust to help you make sense of it. You need a place to heal. I am a heart-focused counselor. I help people get beyond coping with a miserable life or a bad marriage and get to the bottom of their problems. I specialize in marriage counseling, men's issues, and sexual abuse. Get your life, your marriage, and your heart back.
